Have garden for smoke
Loved that there was a coffee garden.
I needed to print papers for my presentation and asked at reception about printing services. I even offered to pay for the service, but the staff member refused my payment, insisting it was free for guests. I successfully printed my documents the first time without any charge.
However, when I returned at 8am the next morning to print additional materials, I encountered a completely different response. A different receptionist (an Indian gentleman) initially said he could only print 2-3 pages for me. When I explained that I needed more pages and that I had already used the service earlier, he changed his stance entirely and refused to help at all. He then directed me to "a shop around the corner" for printing services.
This suggestion was absurd - it was 8am in the morning! What printing shop would be open at that hour? Unsurprisingly, there was no such shop. I walked around the entire block searching for this printing shop that didn't exist, wasting valuable time I needed to prepare for my presentation.
If they had simply told me clearly about the printing service limitations from the beginning, I could have arranged accordingly and done my printing at the public library nearby the other day. Instead, their lack of transparency left me scrambling at the last minute, at an hour when no printing services would realistically be available.
The location is good if you plan to visit/work around East London, it’s quite far from West London if that’s your goal.
