Nice place, decent breakfast

We received excellent value for money booking this hotel for one night. The receptionists are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room 412 was very quiet as it is at the back of the hotel which is a 10 minute walk from Stratford Station and Westfields. The lobby is very comfortable with a nice bar and tv showing bbc news. The breakfast was a bit crowded with limited selection as no cheeses on the buffet. I would stay here again if need to be the same area of London.

We were offered a disability room which we didn’t want, the toilet looked like a hospital toilet, we asked for another room but we were told that the hotel was full! The hot water shower temperature was also limited for disability safety!

This hotel was perfect for my move to UCL East. It's super close to the campus, just a ten-minute walk, and not far from Westfield, which has plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. The room was well-equipped, and the soundproofing was also pretty good.

This hotel offers great value for money — it’s clean, comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Stratford Station and right next to the shopping centre. The breakfast here was absolutely the best!

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Stratford tube station, and very close to the Westfield shopping center, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The room was small but perfectly formed, with all the essentials.

This hotel offers great value for money. Although it's a bit of a walk from the subway station, which can be a hassle with luggage, and the station itself seems a bit far from the city center, and breakfast is a little on the small side, overall it's almost as good as a Holiday Inn. Plus, there's a Westfield shopping center right by the subway station, which is super convenient for shopping. It's clean and hygienic, so if you're not looking for luxury or a prime location, it's a pretty good choice.

This is a chain hotel with a convenient location. It's near a Tube station from which you can take the Elizabeth Line directly to Heathrow Airport for £13.90 per adult. Breakfast was included and the food was acceptable. The room size wasn't huge, but it met our expectations. However, I had clearly booked for three people, including an extra bed for a child. The front desk staff claimed that Trip.com had not informed them about the extra bed requirement. Consequently, we had to wait for their staff to open up the sofa bed, but she didn't make the bed for us; she merely dropped off the sheets and pillows before leaving. The service was quite poor.

A 'blast from the past' Mom&Pop Cafe with formica tables, English Breakfast menu and actual workers. A relief from all those standardised and yuppy infested chains.
