We were upgraded. The room I think was slightly bigger at least we had no issues walking around the room while our big hiking bags are placed on the floor. The bathroom however was quite small. Overall it’s very clean and room service everyday with bed making and clean towels.

The bed sheets were exactly as someone had used them. Hair, dust, etc. I felt like the Indian staff were being secretly ******. No one answered the phone at the 24-hour front desk for an hour. I could hear footsteps upstairs and the sound of doors, so I couldn't sleep properly during my stay. There was no welcome water. They gave me the same sheets someone had slept on. This wasn't even a hotel; it was a B&B. My mood in London was constantly bad. Please don't write my review down.

It’s my third time staying with the team. It’s always been nice with the team here. Comfortable, clean, reasonable price, and welcoming staff. Will definitely visit again.

It's about 5 minutes from Paddington Station, there's a pub nearby where you can watch football, the staff are friendly and the room was clean! I didn't need a lot of space so it was perfect, but if you do, I recommend booking a more expensive hotel! Thank you!

This hotel location is good, is 10 minutes walk to paddington station. FYI : From Heathrow airport. If you take express train only one stop and is less than 25 minutes reach Paddington Station .
The room that I stay is quite small but is manageable. After all is only two nights stay for me.

The hotel is very conveniently located by the Paddington Station. Clean and neat but the air conditioning is a bit weak. Otherwise a decent enough stay for solo traveller like yours truly.

Went here every morning for breakfast while staying in London. The staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very filling and helped me get through the first part of the day. Loved the servers!

Nice restaurant that caters well for young families. Great friendly atmosphere. The food was good and the bill was acceptable. Excellent location right next to Paddington Station. I'd take my family back there again so therefore I'd recommend this restaurant.

Average food at best, overpriced. Friendly staff which make up for it. We got sat down very quickly and the food arrived promptly, the wine selection was limited. Good for a quick bite before going out but I wouldn't choose this place for a date or having a nice meal with loved ones.

Good selection of the salad bar and all round variety in the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also nice place for afternoon tea. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes good be a bit bigger but otherwise good value for money still. Service is reasonably quick depending on time of day but even through busy periods I have found service to be good. Staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Good place for family of 4 to dine together as there are booth style seating available. Overall good experience.

Always good service and great food. The place is very relaxing with high ceilings and plenty of space. Good for kids with their separate menu and chocolate piza for desert is a sure favourite with them.

Perfectly nice. Standard Italian menu of mostly pasta and pizza. Well decorated, very friendly staff with good service. Reasonably priced, especially set menus.

We had one dinner and one lunch during our trip to London. The service here was just winderful. Amazing Place with Wonderful Taste with Awesome Hospitality. Highly Recommended. I tried mostly Italian and they were great. Staff was humble and helpful Ambience was okay but interesting. Location is perfect and this place is full value for money. We enjoyed delicious food. You guys Must Try!!!

My husband and I LOVED this little place. The food was delicious! I ordered pasta cabanera and had chicken added. Way better than the Italian food in the states! And I can only imagine how the food must taste in Italy!
