Barshaa and Chaymaa were beyond exceptional 💯
Thank you for everything 🫶🏾
1. When I got into the reception the reception staff Barsha was extremely rude. She couldn’t find my email or booking reference and kept telling me that trip.com is not their official booking platform. I did not ask this but she was annoyed that I booked via trip.
2. They did not add my amenities so I asked the receptionist Barsha to escalate this to the manager as she kept nagging that they have not received the email although I have the evidence and apparently trip.com provided the wrong email - that is not my fault?
3. I then went up to my room with an additional adult who was just there to help us get into the room and Barsha made a complaint to the manager saying there is 3 people in the room. I clarified one will be leaving however she kept calling. I believe she was being ******.
4. The hotel is dirty! Stains on the floor when we go in and in the chair. The tables were really dirty too! And a stain on the pillows.
Clean room, huge bathroom with shower and separate bath!
Lovely friendly staff, hotel parking available for £30 a night.
Would recommend and definitely return for my next trip to London!
