Great location and breakfast also really good. Very noisy though through the night as on a busy road and the pillows weren’t the best . The rooms were quite warm so had to leave windows open even though turned all heating off, which is probably why it was so noisy. Would definitely stay here again for the location to the Royal Albert Hall . Staff were very good as well.

Disappointing room too small and I had to walk sidewards at the bottom of the bed. The cabinet was too large for the room.
On departure day the sink began to leather wetting my g daughters clothes fir the day, as she had put them to wear after her shower.

My stay was made truly memorable thanks to Venky. His meticulous attention to detail and genuine friendliness stood out from the moment I arrived. He anticipated needs I didn’t even realize I had and consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Interacting with him was always a pleasure.. warm, professional, and sincerely caring.

The hotel room was comfortable, and the location was excellent – very close to Hyde Park, the Natural History Museum, and the Royal Albert Hall, making it super convenient for getting around. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, and the service was top-notch.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and in a good location, a short walk to the tube station. Staff were very pleasant and the room was spacious. Lovely toiletries provided too and range of hot beverages.

Absolutely loved it! The location is relatively quiet, surrounded by consulates and Hyde Park, making it very safe. Getting around is super convenient with both the subway and bus nearby. You've got the Natural History Museum and V&A close by, Imperial College is right across from the hotel, and the Royal College of Music and Royal Albert Hall are just a short walk away. It's so handy to catch a great concert and then stroll back to the hotel.

Choose the hotel for its location near The Royal Albert Hall. Checked in early, need ID, cases stored well we had lunch in the Q Bistro rear patio area. Note it’s a designated smoking area. Very accommodating. Had the choice of the A la carte or All day Meun. All excellent.

Had a Deluxe Club Rm, had all the amenities expected of a 4 star Hotel.
Excellent breakfast. Only downside was the table was cleared of used cutlery during the course of breakfast.

We were really looking to our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent close to Gloucester Road tube.
Only one of the lifts was working and the builders were working on the third floor, if you decided to take the stairs you could see the builder’s. Unfortunately we didn’t like our room and we were supposed to have been up graded,the photo didn’t look like the room online. During the night there was a clicking sound in the wall or outside the window, not sure what was going on here at 3am. We didn’t get much sleep and compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at we wouldn’t return the luxury really was missing.

Good food, beers selection is great too. They have DOOM BAR, and TIMMY TAYLOR on tap which is awesome! Do get students in here though they are well behaved.

We did burgers and fish & chips. Both we’re mediocre. The burger was a ball of dry meat in a bun. We all ended up leaving half the bun. The fish was small and thin but nice breading. The chips were ok. Nothing special.
The bar is nice with a good selection of beers and nice atmosphere. I might try again and go for the shepherds pie or fish pie.

Quite expensive, but that is what you would expect for a scenic pub in South Ken. One of my favourite pubs in London. The fish and triple fried chips is amazing and so is their steak and ale pie.

While this place is situated in a lovely little mews area on a Friday do not expect to find any seating whatsoever. It'll be packed to the rafters.
