WOW. I recently stayed at the W Hotel in London to celebrate a very special occasion namely my 50th birthday! The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. From Alex on the ground floor who greeted us everyday once when we left and then again when we returned. He even went as far as to remembering our names! We had Netflix issues during our stay which were lightened by a warm and bubbly engineer Ernest, an asset to the W hotel. A stay is not complete without a spa trip. We were warmly greeted by Alex the spa manager and her colleague Maddison who carried out the treatment. The morning would be incomplete without our chats. Aidan was quick to offer to take our bags to another room which we were required to move during our stay. He was charismatic and a pleasure to converse with. Last but certainly not least the popcorn manager (we unfortunately forgot to ask for his name. You know who you are. We only informed him that we were ready to wind down for the night and watch some Netflix he was quick to act and made sure our night was complete with two plates of popcorn a complementary drinks! It’s not the place at makes a hotel it’s the people. We will almost definitely return soon!

The hotel itself is stunning, and the on-site dining and bar are exceptional—with beautiful views that make the experience even more memorable. But what stood out most to me was the genuine kindness, hospitality, and empathy of the staff. I became ill during my stay as a tourist, and they went far beyond what I would ever expect. They checked in on me throughout the day, brought tea to my room to help settle my stomach, and made sure I felt cared for and supported. That level of attentiveness is truly above and beyond.

Our experience at the W was phenomenal. Full of excitement. From the arrival at the ground floor, Greg was exceptional with customer service and the wow moment he left at the room for Elizabeth to mark her very special birthday.

Then the reception on the 1st floor were great. Then we had superb Spa session which was outstanding.

Then later Peter at the reception was a great host making us feel so welcome and very special. Joshua the security was a total gentleman.

Ines was simply amazing with the birthday breakfast and the rest of the breakfast team.

George and Peter at the conceige in the morning were splendid with their aura and conversations.

We surely will be revisiting many more times to come and the experience we had left us a mind blowing feeling.

W London is the way to go to celebrate a special occasion and best for relaxation experience.

Had a great time staying at your hotel. Everything exceeded expectations of what a central hotel is or at least should be. I was naturally pleasantly surprised. The food was great too. The staff are amazing, didn't matter where I encountered them.

The W is one of my favorite hotel chains. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at the past few months, this hotel made me feel the most welcomed and appreciated as an Ambassador Elite member. I stayed here 4 and 5 December, 2025. I knew I'd be arriving late in the night for check-in, so the hotel confirmed a late check out weeks ahead of time for me so I'd secure some additional time at the property. When I finally arrived, I was greeted by Charlene at the front desk. She was so pleasant and gave me a warm welcome to London. She suggested places nearby catered to my likings, while also raving about the hotel amenities. The second day, I was well taken care of at the bar by the younge gentleman Keanu and his team. It was clearly a busy weekend, but they did all they could to ensure I had the best experience possible as a guest here. The rooms are fantastic and very much "W" style with the sleek, mysterious style and dimly lit hallways. I'd recommend this hotel to any couple or singles. For reference, this hotel is essentially in the heart of Chinatown and Leicester Square and steps from Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square.

Great location, lot of nice food around and good service

The hotel is modern and conveniently located. The staff is friendly and helpful. Gary greeted me warmly leading me all the way to the check in counter. Theatres for musical are all nearby. Chinatown is just around the corner. The stay is good and pleasant.

The overall experience is very good. The hotel is in a good location and the service attitude is very good. Downstairs is Leicester Square and Chinatown, and it is also very close to major attractions
