Overall location and room cleanliness was excellent. The staff from Mumbai, India - Bavik was very friendly and helpful. He offered me a fan to manage air circulation in the room as the Ac is on heater mode since its winter. Other staffs were not helpful. When we asked for cutlery with room service they said come down and get it yourself. That spoiled everything!

Comfortable Stay and located close to the tube station. Polite staff, clean rooms with good amenities and proximity to public transportation are the main highlights!

Good location, tube station is 5 mins walk away, Westfield Mall is within 10 mins, plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants around there, located in a busy area but the hotel is quiet enough. The room quality is fair, clean and big enough, not the top class but reasonably good. Staffs are helpful and nice. Good value for somebody looking for a hotel in the west side of London

+ Ibis Shepherds Bush is a great place to stay! The location is only 5 mins walk from the underground station and this is central line. You can find many shops and cafes nearby. The room was airy, nice and big for standards of London. Cleaning service was every day and everything was fresh and clean! Full English breakfast is tasty. Also you can order some food and drinks during the day in the same Ibis bar. Thank you for the welcoming stay and great value! Highly recommended!- -

The bathroom smells horrible. The cleaning lady banning the doors really harshly and made my whole bed shake. I ask for iron and was given one but it does not work. Did not feel totally relaxed there at all.

I stayed to join the cncert in Shepherd's Bush Empire.
the location is perfect ,it's 3minutes from the station Shepherd's Bush where there are so many restaurants and food markets.
The biggest shopping cnter in the world is neathere.
Breakfast is same everyday, it's a pitty.
the receptionists are so nice, klnd,smily, helpful to guests.
especially Nicola helped me a lot when the taxi I booked didn't come
He phoned to taxi driver, and taxi company which didn't answer at all.
He tried to access them for many times, and at last he took me to the tube station with 2heavy suitcases、 he carried them up on steps to platform. If he didn't help me,I couldn't find station, nor carried laggages, nor went to the station on time. I really appreciate him.

Great hotel. Near to shepherd bush station within 10 mins walking distance. Near to supermarkets such as Lidl, restaurants, walking distance to a laundry shop.

We stayed for two days and it was a lovely stay. We got a twin bed and the room was a decent size and it wasn’t too hot. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also a decent size (wet room) and the water was nice and hot. In terms of the cleanliness, at surface level it was cleaned but you could tell it wasn’t throughly cleaned. There was dust and dirt here and there. But at the same time it wasn’t bad if that makes sense. For the price, it was worth it in my opinion. The location was great too, the underground was like 4 minute walk and Westfield White City was also around the same area (5 minute walk). There is a small local shopping centre next to the hotel where you can find Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Poundland and other shops. There are also many places to eat around the area.
