We had the pleasure of staying at The Berkeley Hotel, and it was truly a luxurious experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the front desk team made us feel very welcome.

A special thank you to Sofie, who was incredibly kind and professional. She upgraded our room and surprised us with lovely amenities, which we appreciated so much. Her thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable.

The family I come here with have been coming for decades. This is the top most, personable hotel in the world in my opinion. You will be treated like a queen/king. Today was my birthday and I was brought a gorgeous cake and card by a lovely man called Ion. And then I was spoilt further by the delightful Pablo and Jasmin at the terrace!

A special thank you to Austin and John, who were exceptional. They went above and beyond by suggesting a smart solution for my luggage: instead of shipping an empty suitcase back to Jordan at a cost of around £200, they kindly recommended storing it securely at the hotel until my return. It was thoughtful, practical, and clearly done with my best interest in mind. That level of consideration is rare.

Mark, from the bell team, was equally professional and helpful, handling everything smoothly and efficiently with a calm, reassuring attitude.

I’d also like to thank Sid and Daniel at the front desk/concierge. Sid, in particular, impressed me by remembering my name and room number in such a large hotel, a small detail, but one that speaks volumes about attentiveness and care.

Overall, this was one of the friendliest and most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had. The team made me feel genuinely looked after, and those personal touches truly set The Berkeley apart.

My partner and I stayed at The Berkeley and were absolutely delighted. The level of care and attention from the staff was beyond anything we’ve experienced before – everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

The rooms are elegant, bright, and wonderfully spacious, with perfect climate control that made our stay incredibly comfortable. They’re ideal for relaxing after a day exploring London. The spa is truly outstanding, offering a world-class experience of pure relaxation.

Superb and Faultless. I loved the fact that the staff made us feel like their own extended family. The staff went out of their way to look after us. A special thank you to Andrea at concierge reception desk. My wife and I stayed at the hotel to celebrate our baby son's one year old birthday. I am pleased to say that we had a memorable and personalised experience.
The actual location is prime. Very good if you are a tourist in London for the first time.

Beach Huts - Sofia, our waitress was absolutely amazing. Sofia and I had a small child with us and the rest of the staff were very helpful and sweet to my little one. The seafood was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in London. During my civilian service and stay there I never encountered any problems, their service is very good, the oven is always friendly and the quality of the food is amazing. Located in a very good location where everything is around you, a hidden park is a few steps away. Situated in a unique location between Knights Bridge and Mayfair.

Had breakfast at Collins Room and every dish was a hit. On the pricey side but you won’t mind once you’re stuffed. Food from room service was also really good. Staff are polite and helpful. Concierge came through with Beyoncé tickets at the very last minute (sadly didn’t get his name). A stones throw away from Harrods. Hot stone massage at the spa was exceptional!

A high level hotel. Beautiful updated rooms, courteous staff, very convenient location. Recommend odnoznachno? visit the tasting room of cocktails from the Blue Bar - Out of the Blue. The process of tasting is accompanied by a change tips video series, sound and aromas

Absolutely incredible. Been to many indian restaurants but Amaya was truly unique. The food, cocktails and overall service were just amazing. Lemon sole, crab cakes, chilli lamb, chicken cutlet, venison kebabs were delish! Not to forget the korma which was really tasty. Wonderful experience! Highly highly recommended if you're looking for indian with a twist.

To enjoy time with family and / or friends there is nothing better than Amaya which not only offers a spectacular view but excellent varied food.

After paying a hefty per head price, we where completely shocked we where asked to vacate the table early whilst we where talking over coffee, something we would only expect from a greasy spoon establishment and then to include a service charge...... what service?..... I would recommend you avoid it, unless you are one of those vain people who likes to say they went there...... come on Amaya - if you had great service is the past, well go back to that model and not try to maximize the per table income.... no wonder all the staff looked miserable if that's the culture they are working in.....
