I have to stay in this area for family - it’s a great area. There are better hotels for a cheaper price in this area - unfortunately I was disappointed by this place. The hotel also has a strange musty smell.

In room are clean and nice, perfect for families stay too. Location almost in center easy access to every where. Staff are also welcome and friendly.

Amazing experience!

Staff is always available at the reception to help with early check in, luggage storage, getting extra toothpaste. Buses stop right in front of the hotel. All the amenities are top quality. Modern and all electrical charging is made convenient.
Will come back again.

Not suitable for families, went with my young kids and the night life meant that it was very unsuitable. Breakfast was okay...

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly like the photos—modern decor, cozy bed.

The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the attention to relaxing atmosphere.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel.

Room aesthetic is top tier, very clean, well equipped with amenities, great staff, smooth process with checking in and checking out! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Overall is ok but the cleanliness can be improved. Found blood line on the toilet bowl.

I checked out on Thursday and then I also booked for the night on next Monday as I needed to go traveling in Amsterdam on the weekend. I asked if I could put my luggage (only one medium size) in the storage till I come back next Monday. They said no.

Decent bar the can get fun on a night but mostly of other things aren't. Average drinks at high prices but an actually quite energetic vibe if you catch it right.

Heavily over-priced and played-to-death club hits from 2 years ago. If you love dancing to current trending music with a good vibe and drinks at a decent price, never ever go here. There are much better options in London if you want a good night out.

Nice venue and have been here a few times and will likely go again. However, be prepared to re-mortgage your house because a single rum and coke could cost up to £9.50. The upstairs and downstairs bar seems to vary in price or perhaps it depends on the member of staff.

Shocking £10 to get in. When we got in the minimum card payment was £15 which is ridiculous. It was so busy the it took ages to get a drink. The toilets were filthy, the attendant in there was just sitting around instead of cleaning them. Then when my friend when went in there, the attendant started banging on the door saying get out it needs cleaning. Surely you'd clean it before someone sits down and starts going to the toilet?! There was no loo roll, the sanitary bin was overflowing. There was no soap. They threw us out at 2am and even though the point of going there was having fun on my friend's birthday - I definitely would not go again!
