Avoid this place!!! Out of all the hotels we stayed at during our 2-week trip to the UK, this one had the worst service. The front desk staff was absolutely discriminatory towards Asians. We checked in on the 30th for three days, bringing our child to see the New Year's Eve fireworks. We booked a London Eye view room. When we arrived at 2:38 PM, they said the room wasn't ready and told us to come back later. Fine, we waited until after 3 PM. Then they claimed we hadn't informed them we had a child, giving us a hard time, even though we had communicated this through Ctrip. The room they eventually gave us was the worst London Eye view room possible (as pictured, my view was significantly obstructed by the building on the right). I asked the front desk if there were any other rooms, even if it meant changing rooms the next day, and they said everything was full. However, first, I saw similar room types still available for booking on Ctrip, and second, on the evening of the 31st at 8 PM, I saw someone checking into the room next to mine, which had a much better view. All in all, I recommend avoiding this hotel.

The hotel arranged the room of the disabled to the non-disabled of me different from the pictues in the website without prior notice with understanding, and it makes discomfort to stay during the biz trip. Also the entrance staff in breakfast restaurant is not kind but rather disrespectful. Even though our company colleagues use the hotel in consecutive week, it would be not recommended to use it later.

We stayed 7days at this hotel. It was my birthday as well, the hotel surprised me with this sweet gifts. The location is perfect for visiting everywhere not only in London but also suburbs. The staff members were also supportive and kind. So we definitely would like to stay this hotel again when we come back to London. Thank you so much for making our trip much more memorable with providing this cozy and relaxing space.

The view from the hotel was really beautiful. But the window glass was a cloudy, so photos didn’t come out very nice… but everything else was perfect. The room was cleaned every day and kept tidy.
However, when we stored our luggage, one of our suitcases got damaged and cracked. We didn’t notice it until we were already on the way to the airport. It was probably just an accident, but still a bit unfortunate.

Great location, right by Waterloo Station and close to the London Eye. We stayed in a room with a view, and you could see the London Eye right from the bed. The room itself was also quite spacious.

The location is absolutely superb! It's just a short walk to Big Ben and the London Eye. The only slight drawback is that the room is a bit small. However, considering everything, I think it offers good value for money. I would definitely stay here again on future trips. The hotel service was decent, and the breakfast was a typical English breakfast.

I don't usually post reviews, but I felt compelled to because we had a great meal with excellent and attentive service. I had the Superfood salad and was very impressed. It's bold to have raw kale in a menú because it's naturally bitter, however it was very well complemented by a delicious light dressing, blueberries and perfectly ripe avocado.
One of party had the vegetarian lasagna and said it was best he had.
Very convenient for those visiting St Thomas's hospital.

The BEST restaurant I have been to in London for a while!
It is in a street where one might think it's a tourist trap, but we were very wrong.

The Gnocchi is outstanding and the meat is out of this world. Perfectly cooked food, the staff is friendly and willing to help and the drink selection is also very extensive!

Locale is a must try for anyone looking for a nice lunch or dinner in the Westminster area!

Ps. They are child friendly with all the facilities to host them!

Actually really good food and reasonable for the location. What let this down we frequented the bar whilst waiting for our table. The table in the bar was reserved at 6pm an hour after we sat down. The barman came over 4 times to ensure we would be gone on time (our table was booked at 6pm). When we sat down to eat we were told we only had an hour and a half to serve 8 people. Felt really rushed hence marked down. Such a shame. Good reasonable food though.

I am here on Dec 27th at 10am and they literally have almost no food! I had to make do with a bacon sarnie and a coffee. Came here just before Christmas and could not get a Sausage Muffin.....no Sausage. Something has gone wrong with the management of this branch in its prime location in London's busyist station. Staff are always friendly though....I feel for them as they take the flack for their management failiers.

Food fine as usual but this is ultra busy, has few seats for number of people there so you eat in a hurry and go

A very convenient place. It is open the same hours as the station and is busy pretty much all of that time. The service is quick and they have everything an average McDonald's would have. The problem with it is that they don't have enough space. It is very difficult to find a seat and queues are often long but go down fast.
