I checked in on March 20, 2026, and received key cards for rooms 2084 and 2085. I went out and returned around 6 PM. Neither key card for room 2085 worked. I went down to get a new key card and went back up, but it still wouldn't open. I went down to the reception a second time. They said a technician would check the door and asked me to wait in room 2084. After a while, reception called room 2084 to say the door was fixed, but when I tried to open room 2085, it still wouldn't open. I had to go down to reception a third time. Importantly, they never answered the phone. On this third occasion, I asked reception to come up to my room, but it was the same problem; they couldn't open the door with their key card either. I had to go down with reception a fourth time. After an hour and a half, we still couldn't get into our room, and my wife started getting frustrated. Finally, reception told me to move from room 2085 to room 2069. I felt room 2069 was smaller than room 2085. I paid a higher price for my booking. On Monday, March 23, 2026, in the morning, I went to request a room change, and the reception told me to pack my bags and leave them there, and to pick up the key card in the evening. When I returned in the evening, I had to explain everything to a new receptionist. I was unhappy that the receptionist who handled my request in the morning didn't inform the system that room 2069 needed to be changed, and that upon my return, they could simply hand me the new key card. After I explained everything again, the receptionist gave me room 2086, but that also had problems. After I went out and returned in the early evening, the key card wouldn't open the room. I went down to tell receptionist why I kept having trouble opening my room, but received an rude response, saying my battery was dead, just like your phone's battery needs replacing. Ultimately, I was very unimpressed with the reception at this hotel.

I absolutely loved the room that we got. It was in 6th floor, it was a bit tricky to find the room but once i remembered where it's located it got easier.

The staff was very welcoming on the day of, the room was cleaned daily.

Room was spacious for a weekend vacation as you can see from the bathroom.

Enjoyed the stay very much. Close to a lot of shops and places.

Perfect location, near Hyde park and Oxford street

Nice hotel. I stayed here a night for an Awards night.
Hotel is clean with friendly staff.
The room I stayed in was a double bed room and it was spacious enough with everything in reach from the bed.
Only caution is the halls leading to the rooms can be a maze...lol. but they were smart with the signs so you can't get lost

We stay here everytime we come. It is our favorite place to stay.

All OK but not anything really extra - a bit pricy....

The superb location and just next to Marble Arch Station. Less than 5 mins walk to Oxford road for shopping. Excellent service from concierge team.
