Everything was perfect! No complaints, easy to find, great location and a very cool decor.

My stay was very enjoyable. A spacious room with a comfortable bed with all your needed amenities in the room. Price was reasonable over New Year’s Eve / New Years Day. We had a room overlooking the main road but the rooms on the other side overlook the quay which is a good walk for anyone visiting Manchester.

The value for money is great, but the front desk staff's attitude needs improvement.

It was a good place to stay. The only thing not good is the shower, No bath math no hair dryer.  But overall it was a good stay.

In the heart of Media city, the hotel is ideal if you're visiting the tv studios or The Lowry theatre. The rooms are large and comfortable with every amenity. Reception are only too pleased to provide additional tea, coffee & milk. The standard of cleanliness is high and the bed is extremely comfy. Without exception, the staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is usually very good we attend often. It as my husbands birthday and a good room however early morning we were woken by drilling and banding above our room such a shame as our day off - we left as it was not pleasant to hear or to stay in our room sadly.

The all-inclusive room service breakfast was amazing. Spa facilities were incredibly clean with very comfortable beds. Rooms were well stocked with extras and housekeeping replenished such. Stayed here for Manchester Marathon and the location was perfect, with a short walk to the start and the tram back. A few noisy people in the corridor at 4 am, one having a full conversation on his phone. The bed was huge, everywhere was clean and the breakfast was good too.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Football 🏟️ The location is unbeatable if you’re a football fan — literally overlooking Old Trafford with incredible views from the room. Rooms - Dusty as hell. Everything else was quite clean minus the walls, was able to finger swipe a print onto the wall because it was so dusty. Service - Lovely, quiet staff but did they jobs. The location is excellent and the staff are polite and all respectful . The only thing that made my stay unconfortable is the next door guest who keep bouncing on the wall like playing a ball. Also the toilet tissues are empty on the second day and the coffee and sugar were empty and didnt change my cups as well. Aside from that, its great!

This hotel is pretty average. The location isn't too far from Oxford Road Station, about a 10-minute walk. The main issue for me was that I was there to watch a football match and couldn't check in early; check-in was only after 3 PM. I was very satisfied with my stay, as it was close to the city center, included breakfast, and was very affordable. My flight was cancelled, so I had to book last minute, but the hotel was incredibly helpful. Never like their tiger pattern bed cover as it’s not clean. Desk not clean. Carpet dirty. Only up side is its location as it’s next to office. If you checkin, you must first go to top floor (6/F) to check in, get your key then go to your room, same logistic for the check out which is so inconvenient.

Staff went above and beyond expectations in customer service and making our christmas experience a positive one. We really enjoyed our stay all the staff were welcoming, we ate in restaurant and food was very good value, and despite the bank holiday they happily prepared meals and drinks we requested and wished us well on our departure.

Although we booked a family room, it felt too small for the four of us (two adults and two children). The location is quite convenient, situated around the bay area. It was pleasant to walk around at sunset, and there were several good restaurants to choose from nearby. Breakfast was simple but acceptable.

Didn’t realise the shower was only separated from the bedroom with a barely opaque frosted door. also you have to pay if you want a kettle and tea, but they give you cups and the room was so cheap, can’t complain with that.

I didn’t expect much from my triple room, especially as I paid just over £100 for three nights, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious, and I had an incredible view from the 6th floor. The reception staff were also very lovely and welcoming. If I ever need to return to this location, I will definitely be staying here again.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Pendulum Hotel. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful, and my room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Room had bad odour like closed space, on counter there was Asian Indian or Pakistani employee was bit rude nature and looked like barbarian or coming straight from cave, no manners at all. Cleaning was fair enough but room has odour bad and which irritates.
