Everything was perfect! No complaints, easy to find, great location and a very cool decor.
Great location, bar and restuarant were excellent, really nice food! Lovely spacious room, definitely recommend. Check parking tho, supposed to be included but thenpay machines at the car park did not allow us to enter code for parking so ended up paying %20
The staff- during check-in the staff were very non-engaging and robotic. The lack of customer experience isn't what i had expected. But overall great place to stay
So glad we upgraded to the Aviator suite. What a stunning room. Reception were lovely and extremely helpful
Really modern and fresh feel. Room was great and the breakfast options are full of choice. I opted for the eggs benedict, which was perfect.
Gorgeous hotel. Amazing breakfast. Spotless room, helpful staff.

At check-in staff were very unfriended. The rooms were clean but outdated. The view from the window was great overlooking the water.
The beds were comfy but the duvet was too thick and hot
Stayed here twice now and both times have been amazing! Staff always so helpful and kind!
Very good comfortable stay. Quay facing room was quiet with a nice view. Good WiFi.
My stay was very enjoyable. A spacious room with a comfortable bed with all your needed amenities in the room. Price was reasonable over New Year’s Eve / New Years Day.
We had a room overlooking the main road but the rooms on the other side overlook the quay which is a good walk for anyone visiting Manchester.
The value for money is great, but the front desk staff's attitude needs improvement.
It was a good place to stay. The only thing not good is the shower, No bath math no hair dryer. But overall it was a good stay.

Lovey hotel. Service could have been better during brunch time. Staff weren’t always visible. But in general a lovely hotel.
Excellent service and good quality of atmosphere!
They always wear smiling face and polite ☺️
Perfect hotel for a city break getaway, all the staff here were amazing.
We had a great time, no extractor fan in bathroom
Flawless experience, excellent service. The coffee at the bar downstairs was delicious.
Nothing too noteworthy. You get what you paid for. It is as advertised.

There were two single bed in the room, but both of definetely not comfortable please change the bad
Clean rooms, friendly staff, close to transportation, and fully equipped with amenities.
The location is good. Room mmets expectations, but not the front desk staff. Tired or not? Totally no smile. Seems not whole-heartwdly to serve... First impression is quite important for a hotel stay. The long face was just like the officer's in customs.
They need to provide the slippers for the toilet and shower and also the shaving kit and tooth brushes with tooth paste.
The breakfast was very awesome and we enjoy it very well.
A small refrigerator for the room we were having a baby 3 months old and we need to save her milk in the refrigerator
Amazing! Nothing much to say. Clean rooms, lovely breakfast. Beds could be better though as mine was very springy, noisy and uncomfortable when moving in bed.
I found my stay to be excellent value for money and staff were quick to respond considering the volume of incoming visitors as we all seem to arive at same time... There was a good selection of fresh and hot breakfast items regularly replenished by staff. My room had new facilities, hot shower, heating and air conditioning and was maintained to a high standard and comfortable beds with a good view...

Excellent friendly service by reception staff
Great hotel. A bit dated in places. Location spot on for the tram into the city. Plenty of parking.
The location and price of this accommodation were definitely great and very convenient for getting around. However, the overall condition of the room could use some improvement. The amenities and furniture felt rather old and worn, which affected the comfort of our stay. In addition, part of the curtain was spoilt and we were unable to close it fully, which impacted privacy and light control. With...
I had a delay getting to the hotel, I sent a note and my partner was attended to promptly
Hotel is good but there isn't much amenities in the room.
In the heart of Media city, the hotel is ideal if you're visiting the tv studios or The Lowry theatre. The rooms are large and comfortable with every amenity. Reception are only too pleased to provide additional tea, coffee & milk. The standard of cleanliness is high and the bed is extremely comfy. Without exception, the staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Lovely boutique type atmosphere in the heart of Manchester. In a gorgeous setting on the riverside.
The hotel is usually very good we attend often. It as my husbands birthday and a good room however early morning we were woken by drilling and banding above our room such a shame as our day off - we left as it was not pleasant to hear or to stay in our room sadly.
Stayed many times. Cant go wrong with The Marriot really can you. In my opinion. Love it
“I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott. The hotel is exceptionally clean, elegant, and very well maintained. The service was outstanding, with professional and friendly staff always ready to help. Everything was perfectly organized, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommended.”

It’s not 5 star…
Probably a hard review to write, if it had a title it would be “imbalanced”
Food and drink were excellent and service staff in both areas were on point
Front of desk were a mixed bag but again majority were on point, had 2 rooms(1 an upgrade) both had tired woodwork and fittings that fell apart and a mini bar (empty) with the fascia falling off
You pay 5 star prices and don’t get...
Nice location, bed too soft , staff not attentive at check in , nice free bottle of water and nespresso.
The all-inclusive room service breakfast was amazing. Spa facilities were incredibly clean with very comfortable beds. Rooms were well stocked with extras and housekeeping replenished such. Minor issue with the lifts, may be a little inconvenient to those in a rush, but not an issue for us. Great experience
It was a lovely stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa, and loved the big pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Only thing was we didn’t realised you had to book early to get a slot to go to the spa, and it can get crowded in the evening. If you’re as keen as my friend, you could go at 7am and have the place all to yourself.
Although we didn’t use it, we walked past the gym right next to the spa and...
The hotel is very new, the room is super spacious, and the facilities are also excellent.
The only downside is the price, but that's not really the hotel's fault.
Cleanliness: Spotless
Service: The front desk staff (especially the lady) was super nice.
Environment: Excellent location.
Facilities: Beautiful.
I've already highly recommended it to my family, friends, and classmates. I will definitely stay here again.

Basically its a budget hotel the location was perfect for us. Thing is having cupboard as the toilet was a bit off putting.
The location is strategic as it is closer to Media City and Old Trafford stadium. It is also accessible by tram. The reception staff was great. Stayed here for Manchester Marathon and the location was perfect, with a short walk to the start and the tram back.
A few noisy people in the corridor at 4 am, one having a full conversation on his phone.
The bed was huge, everywhere was clean and the breakfast was good too.
Service was so great second we walked in, everything was clean and organised and beds were very comfy. Excellent service.
Very clean overall, great location if you are planning to watch Man U home game, breakfast is great, vut the bathroom water presssure wasnt great, and also the sound proof wasnt tht good either

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Football 🏟️ The location is unbeatable if you’re a football fan — literally overlooking Old Trafford with incredible views from the room. The whole place has a really cool, modern sports vibe without feeling gimmicky. Room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Perfect mix of convenience and character. Would definitely stay again!
overall is good, but ventilation in the bathroom is weak which cause some uncomfortable feelings after shower
also, staffs are very kind
Perfect view for Manchester United fans!!!
As a Manchester United supporter for 24 years, staying here was a true pilgrimage. Imagine waking up and falling asleep with the Theatre of Dreams right outside your window—it was surreal. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Facilities: The room decor can't compare to hotels back home, but it's simple and clean. The drinks and snacks in the fridge are all complimentary (though not very tasty...). You can see the stadium's main entrance right outside the window.

Super enthusiastic service, with a welcome drink of Long Island Iced Tea. There's a 24-hour gym nearby, 'the real,' and a Nanos roasted chicken shop downstairs, which is incredibly convenient. The breakfast is fantastic, definitely a must-try!
I absolutely loved this hotel! I went with my 13-year-old daughter, and she absolutely loved it too. The place is so quirky and charming, and we really enjoyed the photo booth and all the games we could play while having a drink. The staff was wonderful, and we felt really well taken care of. The breakfast was fantastic—you even get to make your own little pancakes! We've already booked our next stay...
Another stay at the Moxy. As always everything exceptional, the staff can’t do enough for you. Lovely corner room on the top floor. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I will certainly be back there soon.
Our first stay at this hotel was rather mixed. The service from the front of house team was great. Very friendly and relaxed. We knew from seeing other reviews that we would be offered a complimentary welcome drink. However this was a Long Island iced tea with no alternative offered other than a non-alcoholic version. Good location room was too hot their was a fan but it didn’t really help much but it was a clean space
Right in the city center of Manchester, close to two train stations. The facilities are a bit old, which is to be expected for an older hotel. The service was pretty good too; I paid a little extra for an upgrade.
Great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great.
Rooms - Dusty as hell. Everything else was quite clean minus the walls, was able to finger swipe a print onto the wall because it was so dusty.
Service - Lovely, quiet staff but did they jobs.
Location - Very central, easy to access central train stations and bus lines. Near restaurants and hip areas to explore during the day!
Actually I never expect for anything with this price but there was no electricity available at around 4:00 a.m.

Great location and good service. Breakfast buffet is good and now too busy. Rooms are spacious and clean.
Great location and very polite staff. The room was spotless, and everything was perfect except for the hairdryer, which was out of order.
It was absolutely amazing the stay however there was a red stain on the carpet other than that it was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.
Everything was just fine. But they should gube room tissues as well and a smart android Lcd
Overall was a decent stay. Walking distance to main universities in Manchester like MMU and UOM. Also walking distance to main train and tram station ( Piccadilly Station). Have many restaurants nearby.
The location is excellent and the staff are polite and all respectful . The only thing that made my stay unconfortable is the next door guest who keep bouncing on the wall like playing a ball. Also the toilet tissues are empty on the second day and the coffee and sugar were empty and didnt change my cups as well. Aside from that, its great!

So no issues with the staff down at the reception area at all, doing a smashing job representing the hotel, telling us about the app too upon arrival... check in the hotel earlier with app very cool, very nice, also the reception area is where the big bosses of this hotel choose to spend most of their budget as when you get to the rooms it does show.

Great location, reasonable price, good breakfast. We’ll be back. Perfect for FUMO.
This hotel is pretty average. The location isn't too far from Oxford Road Station, about a 10-minute walk. The main issue for me was that I was there to watch a football match and couldn't check in early; check-in was only after 3 PM. This really put it behind other hotels, where you can usually check in as soon as you arrive! The room environment was also just okay. There were no tissues provided...
The hotel's location is excellent, close to two train stations and Manchester University, as well as nearby attractions like the Museum of Science and Industry, which you can reach by free bus. The room size was good, and it was very quiet, with a hairdryer provided. The hot water was great, and the self-service breakfast had plenty of options. I was very satisfied with my stay, as it was close to the city center, included breakfast, and was very affordable. My flight was cancelled, so I had to book last minute, but the hotel was incredibly helpful. They let me store my luggage before check-in, I ordered room service for dinner, and they even accommodated my request to extend my stay.

Great hotel, only downside was the room was on the smaller size, had to shuffle around the bed! Other than that we had a great stay
Never like their tiger pattern bed cover as it’s not clean. Desk not clean.
Carpet dirty.
Only up side is its location as it’s next to office.
If you checkin, you must first go to top floor (6/F) to check in, get your key then go to your room, same logistic for the check out which is so inconvenient.
the hotel gave away the room to other guest as we check in late. but it was all good. managed to provide a room. after all the experience was great.
An amazing hotel with amazing staff. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
It’s showing a little wear and tear such as water damage to woodwork in bathroom. Dusting could be better and polishing of reception desk and lifts needs to be maintained better. Downstairs looks messy Just doesn’t feel 5* or luxurious anymore. Room service was hit and miss, basics overlooked. Did not feel like you were in a special hotel now

I have every intention of staying here again. Thank you!
Staff went above and beyond expectations in customer service and making our christmas experience a positive one. We really enjoyed our stay all the staff were welcoming, we ate in restaurant and food was very good value, and despite the bank holiday they happily prepared meals and drinks we requested and wished us well on our departure.
Although we booked a family room, it felt too small for the four of us (two adults and two children). The location is quite convenient, situated around the bay area. Didn’t realise the shower was only separated from the bedroom with a barely opaque frosted door. also you have to pay if you want a kettle and tea, but they give you cups and the room was so cheap, can’t complain with that.
