The room is clean , tidy and wonderful

No intercom was available which was very disappointing and disturbing. Bathroom sink was too small to wash baby bottles. Carpet looks like old. However, the location was great.

Novotel is quite a good hotel, the problems are old version tv, the toilet was not included with the bathroom. Intercoms not present in every rooms ( as we took two rooms, so it could be compared)

Good location and service. Price is reasonable. Hygine is good.

Very good experience in Novotel. The counter staff was very nice. We arrived early to put down our luggage first. But she checked there was one room ready and arranged us check in immediately. Hotel room is big and clean. Corridor is long and looks like old years but inside room is quite new and comfortable. Definitely will recommend to others.

Good value! The only thing is the lack of soundproofing. We were on the first floor and kept waking up from people walking above us. If you choose this hotel, I suggest you ask for the highest floor.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. When we checked in, we provided our passports to the counter, but the lady at the counter said they no needed and gave me the room card directly. The price was great, which I appreciated, but you could see quite a bit into the bathroom, and there was absolutely no soundproofing. Also, there's a chance you might get a semi-basement room.

We booked this stay for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is a little dated but a nice enough stay for central Manchester and surrounding areas. The breakfast is good and staff pleasant. The beds are awful, the mattresses sink all the way to the Earth's core. I have a slipped disc and when I woke up the next day, I wanted to die from sciatica pain because of this terrible mattress. They never cleaned the shower during our stay. The place is okay, but a little cleaning now and then wouldn't hurt. Thanks.

This was my second time staying here and I couldn’t recommend it enough! £18 a night for parking but that’s standard for around this area and it’s a secure car park, great rooms, nice and spacious, great pool and gym, breakfast is fantastic, all the staff are lovely and helpful especially Denim. It's close to Salford station. The room was fine, but there were some minor issues, such as no one at the reception and the hairdryer not working properly. If you have business in Salford, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a really spacious apartment right in the heart of the trendy Northern Quarter and a short walk to Piccadilly station and the main shopping area. Despite its central location close to bars and restaurants, it’s remarkably quiet and we enjoyed a very comfortable night’s sleep. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to any groups wanting to enjoy a short break in Manchester.
