The room is clean , tidy and wonderful
No intercom was available which was very disappointing and disturbing. Bathroom sink was too small to wash baby bottles. Carpet looks like old. However, the location was great.
Novotel is quite a good hotel, the problems are old version tv, the toilet was not included with the bathroom. Intercoms not present in every rooms ( as we took two rooms, so it could be compared)
Good location and service. Price is reasonable. Hygine is good.
Very good experience in Novotel. The counter staff was very nice. We arrived early to put down our luggage first. But she checked there was one room ready and arranged us check in immediately. Hotel room is big and clean. Corridor is long and looks like old years but inside room is quite new and comfortable. Definitely will recommend to others.
It is located at the prime location.

The people are friendly and kind. There is also a steak house next to this hotel, and this hotel can support us to book it.
we stayed there as visiting family living around. the location was very convience on this occassion as uncle just on the corner. Reception staff very friendly . Clean rooms , good service nothing to complain.
Mary is just amazing ! Was very friendly and helpful , clearly cares about people staying at the hotel , she couldn’t have done any more ! Truely special lady at the premier inn !
Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff on arrival and departure were so helpful and kind.
Location good, rooms comfy, outside of pub quite sruffy needs cleaning, glasses left outside for days and ashtrays overflowing
Spent two days here while I had events in Manchester and had a lovely stay. Mary on the front desk was the most helpful, lovely person to welcome us!

Great night away. We stayed to go to the Aviva studios. It was a good location for us. We had a great service, all staff smiley and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Options for everyone.
Perfect location, took less than 10 minutes via taxi to the city centre and had a great selection for breakfast
Great hotel. Good location. Breakfast is great. Would stay again.
Good value! The only thing is the lack of soundproofing. We were on the first floor and kept waking up from people walking above us. If you choose this hotel, I suggest you ask for the highest floor.
We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. When we checked in, we provided our passports to the counter, but the lady at the counter said they no needed and gave me the room card directly. This was different from our experience at Holiday Inns in other district of the UK and made us doubt the security of the hotel. We drove into the hotel carpark at the same time and notified the counter, but she may not...
I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. The rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their good attitude really made a difference in the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and well maintained place to stay.

The receptionist when I check in is very very nice, check in is smooth. But the room is extremely extremely small, you barely have anything in the room, no where to put a suitcase, no where to put your food and eat, no where to walk around in the room. Has nothing in the room but the bed and the toilet, really really lack of amenities. So for me even though the receptionist is nice but for a room like...
Comfortable place to rest. Near to the bus station/shopping places and easy access
The location of this hotel isnt bad as there are good transport links a few minutes walk down the road. The man who checked us in seemed in a mood and was mumbling the whole time we spoke so we had to spend 10 minutes trying to locate our room as we couldn't understand his directions. The windowsill was CAKED in dust looks like it has never been cleaned, as well as the bathroom floor which was also...
No frills hotel. Good to bunk in for the night. Amenities r minimal but location is greater in the Northern Quarter area.
excellent experience for short stays great location outside piccadilly gardens public transport under 2 miles both stations MCR piccadilly and Victoria station. Vintage shops around the corner 10% off food and drinks across the street midnight snacks M&Ms veding machine which include drinks crisp etc Got an upgraded room and was very helpful love this stay
The price was great, which I appreciated, but you could see quite a bit into the bathroom, and there was absolutely no soundproofing. Also, there's a chance you might get a semi-basement room.

Lovely location, Tesco just across the road. Staff always lovely and helpful. Have stayed here several times as my partner is from Prestwich.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal location, near tram stop and motorway.
At a Premier Inn, I stayed one night, Hoping for comfort, something just right. The staff were welcoming, friendly and bright, And parking was easy—no trouble in sight. But the room had a damp and lingering smell, Not quite the freshness you’d hope for a dwell. Something kept buzzing, a bite in the air, Made it quite hard to relax in there. For fifty-seven pounds, it’s fair to say, You get what...
Thank you so much AGAIN for an outstanding service, start to finish has always been a pleasure. You guys rock !!

We decided to stop here and get the tram into Manchester for a few days to save on parking hassle, went round Salford Quays, Media City and all over Manchester, what made this extra special is that on the day we left my fiancee mentioned it was my 60th birthday and we never thought no more after birthday wishes, just before we had finished breakfast the lady in charge came over with some Lindt chocolates...

The Hostel is very nice, clean and organised, the staff is super nice and helpful. Well located, good transportation nearby and good connections. The food at the Hostel is nice as well, conditions offered are good, good value for money... The only negative aspect is that the internet is horrible, but apart from that, the experience at the Hostel was a very good experience.
We booked a private room, it was very comfortable and allowed us a good night's sleep. Definitely worth booking here rather than a big brand hotel as you get essentially the same product but your supporting a better initiative. I will say two slight cons: having never booked with YHA before the checking in process was an absolute slog, ID for each guest, sign physical check in documents, input your...
In a great location with the city centre on your doorstop. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and the water from the shower head was inconsistent and quit rough but it did the job. We were also told we had to “rent” towels for a price which felt a little unhygienic. We went down to the bar at one point and sat for about 15 mins waiting to be served despite two members of staff being there. If you’re...
Fantastic! Clean and welcoming! Nice kitchen. Tremendous main hall. There is really positive energy and adorable vibes. Stuff was so cute! 😊 The view form the window s stunning. I was reaalt trilled by this. Elevator is a gigantic plus! 5/5 10/10
I was solo from Australia staying for holiday and new year period and had a great time, staff were lovely, coffee good, drinks maybe slightly expensive, but worth it as the people were nice enough. Lobby and sitting space was nice and clean and cozy and warm, candles lit for aroma, reasonable storage in room and good layout. Exactly what's needed for a short term stay abroad. Very happy with my stay...
The hostel has an excellent location. It's easy to catch a bus to the city center from just outside, and it's also very close to the nearby museum. Highly recommended.

We booked this stay for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is definitely a game of two halves. The reception, bar and dining room are very nicely decorated and very clean and tidy. The accommodation area, that we were in, was in dire need of updating. Our room, 65, was clean but tatty. Marks on all the walls, threads on edge of carpet that were at least six inches long and the bathroom should be ripped out and replaced. We found that the walls were...
Great hotel, great value, and in great location. It may not be 5* luxury, but it is the staff who absolutely make this place. You couldn’t ask for nicer or kinder Reception staff who go out of their way to help. First class, every time (and I stay here pretty often..). Huge thank you to the wonderful Eva, and Eleni, Claire and Sunny.
This hotel is a little dated but a nice enough stay for central Manchester and surrounding areas. The breakfast is good and staff pleasant. The outside areas are a little tatty with a lot of cig ends thrown on the floor. Hotels charging for parking on site is a major irritant. We had two cars overnight and the charge was £14.
We had a great 4 night stay at the Sure Hotel (Best Western, South Manchester). We were visiting family in the area. The facilities, room and breakfast were excellent. The location was great, room was very clean, comfortable and the pod ensuite bathroom provided a great shower and good facilities. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. The price is affordable and the room is good overall. The only weakness is that the room is close to a bar which is noisy at midnight.
The central location is very convenient. The entrance is slightly difficult to find, as it’s a small side door next to a restaurant. The staff are very friendly. A late-night Uber to the airport is around £18
Overall, this place offers good value for the price, but there are a few things to be aware of before booking. There’s a very bright street lamp directly outside the window, and noise from the bar next door continues until around 4am, with loud bass and vibrating walls. I’d strongly recommend bringing earplugs (or using the ones provided in the lobby) and an eye mask if you’re a light sleeper. The...
The beds are awful, the mattresses sink all the way to the Earth's core. I have a slipped disc and when I woke up the next day, I wanted to die from sciatica pain because of this terrible mattress. They never cleaned the shower during our stay. The place is okay, but a little cleaning now and then wouldn't hurt. Thanks.

Location is good, it's just by the road, but service is average, no bottle water was provided, we were told we have to buy, we had just one face towel in the bathroom on arrival, I had to go down to the reception to request for towels, room opposite our room was opened with towel on the floor just by the door, in my opinion, the hotel is expensive for this kind of service Management should work on...

You have to wait at a bar until everyone is served to check in (drink people were barging past me). The room was nice but the unclear info on their advert and lack of communication undermines this.

Another wonderful stay here. Our or go to choice every time we visit Manchester. Everywhere is spotlessly clean in this perfectly located apartment and the bed and bedding ensure the best nights sleep. The kitchen is very well equipped. One word to describe PERFECTION
This is a really spacious apartment right in the heart of the trendy Northern Quarter and a short walk to Piccadilly station and the main shopping area. Despite its central location close to bars and restaurants, it’s remarkably quiet and we enjoyed a very comfortable night’s sleep. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to any groups wanting to enjoy a short break in Manchester.
