This hotel was just what I was looking for: a reasonably priced hotel close to Beverly Hills. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable. Parking was just outside the lobby area which made me feel safe. The neighborhood is very good. Ethan at the front desk, was completely professional and helped with any need or question I had. Once again, I cannot get over how clean (and new) the room was! It made the horrible traffic on Wilshire worth it :-)

This hotel was arranged by my company for a business trip. It's conveniently located close to the client's office. The room itself was spacious, bright, and clean.

The hotel is newly opened, the rooms are relatively new, and the location is in a relatively safe area. The cleanliness is average, and the service is almost non-existent. The communal kitchen is relatively clean and has a microwave and dishwasher. There is no drinking water, kettle, disposable items, or slippers in the rooms, but there are toiletries. Overall, it is a hotel with good value for money.

Location is great since it’s close to Santa Monica and easy to get around town. The rooms can be very muggy and the AC was not great. In addition, the carpet was very wet in both of the rooms we were in. (The first one had poor AC) so we moved to a second room that had a very damp carpet and musty smell.

Nice hotel for the price. Rooms big enough, interior decor unique, amenities minimal but sufficient. Good chill Mexican restaurant/bar (Cliffdiver) connected to lobby though not hotel owned. Coffee available on demand 24/7. Free after hours parking on curb by hotel entrance which in LA seems unusually good. Courteous, helpful staff. No business center but they kindly printed out a couple of pages for me up front. I would stay there again.

I really liked Hotel Found! The place is very clean, the room is super spacious, and the bathroom is huge — a great surprise. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is great.
The only thing I missed was the front desk explaining more about the hotel’s amenities, because there are lots of nice perks I only found out later: there’s a shared kitchen with free coffee, ice, and utensils where guests often hang out. There’s also a nice restaurant next door for happy hour, and the location is excellent.
If you’re driving, parking is easy — there are plenty of spots around the hotel and even near a small market next door. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and recommend it!

CUTE!!!! not too far from lots of shopping and sightseeing. Our room had a little balcony. Quiet and relaxed vibe. There's a guest laundry and guest kitchen with a cappuccino machine and other things. Cute Mexican place inside the hotel. You can reserve parking in the garage but beware - it's tight and steep coming in and out of the garage.

The front desk was very friendly, but that was the only bright spot. The surroundings were not very convenient, and public transportation was a bit far away. The worst thing was that the sound insulation was really poor! The sound of the sewer, the sound of people walking upstairs, and the sound of the corridor were clearly audible in the middle of the night. I will never choose this place again, avoid it!

I didn't take any pictures because I was very tired, but everything from the front desk to the room was great, and the accommodation conditions were impeccable.

It was very busy this day, but the servers got us seated quickly. They were very friendly and the food was good :)

Can I score them 4.5? I don't think there's a better IHOP nearby. It starts with the manager who is very nice and always smiling. The staff is uniformly terrific with seemingly little turnover. The room is bright, cheerful and clean. Easy parking and good WiFi.
There's nothing *fantastic* on the big menu but everything I've had is OK to good. Value is just OK. I think they give a big effort to the corporate menu. If McDonalds can serve great coffee for .99 a cup, I want a great pot for whatever they charge. Still, it's my go-to place with my laptop for a pleasant bite.

Delicious breakfast fare at an excellent price. I found the location to be friendly, clean and an amazing place to bring a big group of coworkers. Their portions are generous and I was surprised by the fresh taste and quality of my vegetable omelette.
Our team came in for National Pancake Day and a portion of proceeds from our meal went to Children's Hospital Los Angeles. We even got free unlimited pancakes! Be sure to stop in when they're hosting a Children's Miracle Network Hospitals event.

Great food and nice clean restaurant. IHOP have the best pancakes in the country! Service was a bit slower than other IHOP's but the staff were still quite friendly. The latte special pancakes were delicious!!

Great, cozy atmosphere with plenty of TV's. They have a variety of cocktails, spirits & beers on tap. The food was AMAZING! The only reason it gets a 4 star & not a 5 is due to the fact that they never have the brunch available. Who doesn't look forward to bottomless mimosas only to be told they don't have materials for it. Cmon guys

Very casual bar, nothing fancy but a good choice of beers and the barman is nice. It’s way cheaper than more bars around. If you don’t feel like being all fancy but want to get a nice beer with friends, this it definitely where you want to go!

LOL casual bar my ass, trying to front like this is a classy place enforcing a dress code. Maybe you should walk inside and look how out dated everything is in there, not to mention a bunch of loud as drunk kids. You walk in there on a hot day and it's even hotter in there then inside.
