FOUND Hotel, Santa Monica, Series by Marriott in Los Angeles

1. A hotel that costs nearly 2,000 per night. No bathrobes/no mineral water (not even for paid guests), no slippers (I understand that toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided in the United States, but it is outrageous that they do not even provide slippers), no coffee/coffee machine/tea (I traveled on the West Coast for 15 days, and all the hotels I stayed in provided them, even motels!)
2. The service was ridiculously rubbish. The public water dispenser in the corridor was broken for a whole day, and the front desk only had one answer to this-we have found someone to fix it. I asked them if this is the case, how do the employees drink water? No answer
3. The room is close to the main road and is very noisy. The sound insulation in the corridor between the rooms is so poor that you can hear the footsteps of others passing by (I am famous for being a big-headed person) and you can even hear clearly what the couple next door are talking about.
4. The lighting in the room is terrible!

Finally, I rarely give bad reviews in all these years of going out. I basically don’t have time. This time it is really speechless! Whoever goes there will be unlucky
