NOHO Hotel in Los Angeles

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, around 6 PM. The cockroaches start crawling from the baseboards and in the bathroom, the toilets don’t work hardly ever. I went to go talk to the owners who are couple that live there and run the hotel. They have a nice Tesla sitting in the driveway. Anyway I asked him if I can get a refund or a discount on the room because of what was going on and if they could move us and they said no that they couldn’t do anything for us and offered us a $20 off the next time we stay I am insulted disgusted and I tell everyone in the community do not stay at this hotel

Absolutely the worst place me and my wife have ever been to. It was a place to sleep and nothing more. Thankfully no bugs. But the ac didn’t work until I cleaned the plugs and the port. The bed was horrible. Shockingly it was clean. But not comfy at all. It was very old and just not comfy. Manager was nice. But I really think this place needs a serious renovation.

genuinely one of the worst places you could stay it was nasty the beds werent properly cleaned. When we got there the guy didnt even give us the room we reserved which had 2 beds he modified it to be a 1 bed and arugued that he couldnt do anything and it was our fault. He told us he would cancel it (knowing that it cant be cancelled) because we argued on what happened to our 2 bed room. the guy then got mad and stopped helping us. plus lots of mold.

I checked it and the clerk gave me a key. I tired to enter the room and the key did not work so he helpped me open it. I had to stuggle to open it and had to push it with my full body to close it. The door did not lock which was a concern since I arrived alone. The room floor was dirty and when I went to make sure the bathroom worked the toilet still had someone else's urine. I went down to the clirk to let him know and he could only offer to clean it the next norning. I asked to switch my room and they did not have any others. I told them I wanted my refund and they assured me they would refund me the 2 nights I was planning on staying. However, when the representatives of Expedia called, they only refunded me 1 night. I was going to wait for the refund there but a strange man was there and I did not feel safe. They also claimed I stayed 2 hours when I only stayed 30 minutes(I can prove it). The room looked like at some point they taped the blinds and there was tape on the floor as well. The room does not look as new as on the pictures at all. I would not recomend staying there at all.

Scam! Be careful, I would not book a prepaid room. We prepaid as part of a vacation package and when we arrived they made us pay again. When we argued with them and attempted to show them our prepaid receipt they threatened to cancel our booking. We are still working on getting a refund or chargeback on our credit card two weeks later. Our room was large with two beds and two couches but we had no blankets. They only had sheets and when we asked for blankets we got a very direct "no blankets". The busy street next to the hotel was loud and they also had no blinds or curtains, just built in window shutters that did very little to block out light. I would stay anywhere else but here.

The room is just ok, but has very bad smell, no refrigerator , no microwave , no hanger, no chair no shelf, no hair dryer, towels smell of bleach. People is very noisy at night so we can’t sleep well. This is a very bad quality hotel. Not recommend ! Never come back.

The rooms have roaches

Cigarette odor, i have asthsma.

Police regularly patrol this place.
