This is the dirtiest place in all of Hollywood! If you leave without bed bug bites it is a miracle. DO NOT stay here! Junkies use this place for shooting Meth. STAY AWAY!

Most dirty place I've ever seen. Stuff from the people before us was there. Bed was only for 1, but promised for two. No microwave, no fridge as promised. Bathroom is half destroyed. It was ultra hot in the room and the a/c was destroyed too. All this for very very expensive prices... Never ever! Do not go there!

Was there a few times. Everything was well - quiet and clean room with good working bathroom, refrigerator and fan. Good price - much lower than in other hotels in Hollywood. Owners are friendly. Will stay there again when will need.

Clean, well lit, spacious, no funky smell, nicely made beds, flat screen television, very polite staff and neat old hotel look n feel. Good for short stays. Met all my needs. No A.C. but I didn't mind since there were plenty of windows and a fan. Has a heater and my room had a bathtub. Would stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay! I felt like I was in a Hollywood "B" movie- without the gangsters!
The Roxy is clean and bright and a perfect location for exploring the Hollywood area.

This is the worst pla e i have stayed at for years
Everything in the room was needing to be replced. The thermostat was broken, the furnishins we probably bought at a junk yard. The bed gelt like there was a dead body in the mattress. There were overloading electrical burns on the o ly outlet which they had an extension cord for TV and refrigerator. The microwave, well there is one in lobby but not room as stated. Then the horrible parkin. Al.ost impossible and the back area is occupied by there work vans, 6 of them
If i could rate it lower i would. I asked the guy if he would sell it all for 20k because it needs at least $500-800k to renovate. Do not stay at the Roxy, you might wake up eith bed bugs or worse. Gaucets not even secured. Other liquids and stains, blood, boogers on the wall. Just horrible, i also am going to try to reverse the charges. They shod be offering free rooms for labor or payimg people who stay there. These amateurs have no business being in this business.

I'm here once a week and their flat bread is always hard as rock really bad experience here

It's a little darker inside, less sunlight and the ones I've been to. The aroma of fresh made sandwiches with Strong and it seems like a good family friendly and environment.
