Shore Hotel in Los Angeles

Waste of time and money. I was do dissapointed by this restaurant. The hostess was sterile and didn't seem happy to be there. Although the food seems reasonably priced, the quality is so poor that I definitely feel ripped off. I had the chicken and it was OK. The swordfish was overcooked. One person ordered salmon and it was undercooked and the vegetables were burnt. The waiter didn't check at all to see how the food was. When we complained about the salmon, the manager was rude, argumentative and hostile. He treated his clients with contempt. Overall, service and food was below average. I would never go back or recommend this place.

Sonoma Wine Garden makes it very evident that if you are a person of color ( my group was a mix of African American, Hispanic, and Asian women) that you are not welcomed in their establishment. The rude attitude and verbal abuse that my friends and I received from management clearly demonstrated their RACIST corporate culture. After placing our food orders, we were forced to move to the back of the restaurant as a manger proceeded to grab our belongings from the table. We had already been seated for over 30 minutes and had not even received the beverages that we had ordered. The table that they moved our group of 6 to was extremely small (probably meant for 3 people) and in a walkway. The manager complained that "people" always wanted free stuff and that we can leave their establishment if we didn't like the treatment. Through our interactions with multiple members of management we quickly understood that it was not just one RACIST employee, but that the company had a corporate culture of RACISM and BIGOTRY fueled by intolerance of people who looked differently than their average blue eyed blond haired customers. It had been a few years since I had encountered racism in a business setting. I write this review not to hurt the business at Sonoma Wine Garden, but to prevent other people from feeling the shame and pain that each RACIST encounter leaves on your life.

Price doesn’t really justify the quality of the food. Some of the appetizers were very good but the sushi/rolls did not live up to expectations. You’re mainly paying for the location. Highly recommend trying alternative sushi places in the area if that’s what you’re wanting.

Meh. I can’t say it’s bad- just a bad value. The food is about 10% better than a strip mall sushi place for 300% the price. Environment is fine, but noisy and doesn’t come NEAR to making up for the price. Not coming back here. If you don’t care about price it’s fine.

Thought It suspicious after the old busser said "good job on the tacos" after my brother and I only having two each. Thanks busser!! At least yu had the curteously hint at how the next 24hrs were gnna go. Upon leaving both of us started to have upset stomach. On to today both of us sick as a dog. NEVER AGAIN.
