We found everything excellent, great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast. We used the gym, pool area and bikes.

Loved everything ..was absolutely stunning. Only thing, the bag holding the toilet paper was like a rubix cube …and was really hard to get out! Other than that? I would definitely stay there again!

Hotel facilities and room are very clean! The location is also good and you will reach Santa Monica beach right after leaving the hotel :)

I can't say enough about this hotel. I'll skip over all the stuff you'd expect at a top hotel in Santa Monica. They've got all that covered. I noticed that all the little things were done well. Our room was wonderful with all the amenities that I'd want. Nice ocean view, really nice bathroom, great TV, refrigerator, comfortable king size bed. No matter what time I turned on the hot water, it was hot in seconds. The continental breakfast was excellent with fresh baked goods and fruit. Excellent coffee.
Nice pool; heated. I should mention the gym: lots of excellent machines and it's located near the pool and the beach. The hotel is located near the Santa Monica Pier and many excellent restaurants. I really couldn't ask for more in a hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel located in a very convenient location right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed spending time poolside, and we ordered our lunch from the pool servers. The room is well equipped and designed a beautifully as most JW Marriott are. The best thing about this hotel is the location.

Nice location, great service (for the most part). We were there shooting a commercial campaign and using a conference room for base camp. Confrence room was spacious and had lots of natural light, plenty of tables and outlets available. The only 2 complaints I have are 1. the lunch (that we had to order through the hotel as they don't allow outside food/beverages) - horrible sandwiches on white bread, unripe pears (hard as a rock/not edible) and a couple of veggie sticks with ranch dressing and a "fun size" candy - the cost was absolutely outrageous for the quality and what it was...something like $45 per lunch (worth more like $7 at most, but even then it was gross)???we were all still super hungry and pretty much everyone only ate the sandwich because there was nothing else. 2. We were all lugging quite a bit of equipment and there were no hotel staff/employees that offered or helped (open)hold the front hotel entrance door open for us (who had are hands and arms full with equipment... I would not recommend this venue again simply for how horrible the lunch "catering" was.
