The hotel location is very good. There is a really nice Thai restaurant across the street. There are many Cafes in vicinity. The hotel has a very good coffee machine where you can get cappuccino, late, hot chocolate etc. In the afternoon happy hour, you can get beer or a glass of wine. Although the hotel is on a busy street, I got a very quite room. There is an elevator that is important to me with knee issues. On the first floor, there is a courtyard setting outside the rooms so you can sit to have breakfast. The hotel is 1.7 mile of walking distance to the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. Highly recommended.

This place was great for the price. I was pleasantly surprised with how cute the hotel was and the amenities they offered. Clean safe rooms, great location. Super nice staff.
I will stay here again!

Lighting needs improvement - only 1 ceiling light worked- no hallway light and no TV instructions in room. They give complimentary beer and wine from 5:30 to 7:30 pm but won’t give non drinkers a complimentary Diet Coke or bottled water!

L while it was quiet, it was also loud at the same time with the cleaning crew outside. When I called the Support staff was a little less than courteous. Other than that. It was a good day.

The main issue is that they falsely advertise wi-fi when their internet doesn't work at all.
The wi-fi login page wouldn't load for us the first day after countless retries.
Reception said to keep trying, so they weren't much help.
On the second day I was able to connect once, but the wi-fi speed was abysmal at ＜ 10 mbps which made it useless.

Also this hotel is clearly a converted apartment from the 70s that has received the landlord's paint special over the years; it's overdue for a renovation. They should start with sound insulation by replacing the windows and doors because it sounds like they're not even there.

The quality of the room was terrible. Had to be moved to 3 different rooms. Stains on the sheets and rooms were damaged and neglected. Checked out early and hotel refused to offer refund for unused night.

Great location!!! Close to Beverly Hills, close to major museums, close to great & diverse restaurants. Check-in was awkward. Clerk announced - 45 min after check-in time the room was not ready. Not what you want to hear. Then he said it was probably ready and would I mind going to the room to check which I did - a first for me. The room was ready and it was a nice room with an extremely comfortable bed, plenty of towels - a big plus - and really nice bodycare products. I felt well taken care of by this property!

The room was big, the bed was a bit soft, the location was excellent and convenient, take the breakfast coupons given by the hotel to a nearby restaurant called The Rooster for a 20% discount. The front desk service was friendly and enthusiastic!

Staying in such a hotel at this price is very low value for money

Facilities: The facilities feel very old, like toilets from more than ten years ago... The bathtub 🛁 feels very old and generally hygienic.
The door of the room is not well insulated and I always feel unsafe.

Service: There is not much service. The lady at the front desk is very casual. She chews bubble gum and is very casual.

The room is very small... At this price, you can stay in the nearby Marriott... At least the international chain is very safe
