Reviews
There was no bedside table on one side of the bed. Had to move another little table over to set things on. Not all that impressed.
Very friendly service person when checking in, they informed us all the services available. Got a shuttle to Universal Studio free, that saved a up hill walk to the theme park. The bed is great and pillows are just perfect for a good night sleep.
Elevator bezel are missing and/or falling off. Ice machine room had holes in the wall.
What made the stay nice was the food and staff at The California’s. They were VERY friendly, we felt catered to and felt like a true guest.
