The location was excellent, and since it’s in a quiet, more relaxed area of downtown, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a calm overall atmosphere. The staff were also very polite, making it a great hotel experience.

The hotel has a good location, and the front desk service was excellent. There were fresh fruits, coffee, and drinks available in the lobby. The service and quality are well worth the price. Plus, the area around the hotel feels very safe and is a nice neighborhood. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

The rooms are classic and cozy, clean and tidy, perfect for business travelers.

Every time my flight lands early, I can usually early check-in, which is so important for someone who's just had a long flight. That's the main reason I chose this hotel for the second time. Most of the staff are quite friendly, and the rooms are large and quiet. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with this time was the cleanliness of the room; there was hair on the shower wall and a contact lens left by a previous guest on the floor that wasn't cleaned up...

I checked in quite late that night and didn't even get to enjoy the view from the room's window before checking out the next morning. The cleanliness seemed pretty good. The only downsides were the lack of toothbrushes and slippers, and there was no showerhead, just a bathtub where the water also drained from, which was very inconvenient. I hope the hotel can improve this. On a positive note, there are many attractions nearby, reachable within a few minutes' walk without needing a car. There are also trendy foodie spots, making it still worth experiencing.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Los Angeles, unsure whether to stay in downtown (DT) or Beverly Hills. The Chinese district felt a bit far, and I'd heard DT wasn't safe. However, during our stay, there weren't many homeless people right downstairs, though we did see some a few blocks away during the day. Getting around by subway and bus was very convenient, and the hotel was very clean. They even provided two bottles of water every day, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was pretty good. Just remember to be careful when you're out and about in LA.

Great location, but it took me half an hour to figure out that I had to go to the second floor to get to the CBD!

Age of hotel was rather evident. The hotel fee is mandatory, so do make use of the service car and Angel's tram where you can. While hotel is located near Little Tokyo, the supermarket is rather far away and not advisable to walk there.

What I loved:
1. Spacious room that was well appointed
2. The bed was SO COMFY
3. Front desk staff was very nice
4. Drinks at the bar at Blitzen’s (since it’s the holidays). Thanks for the great service, James!

What I didn’t love:
1. Small shower (about 9 square feet)
2. Breakfast area was reserved for a large party so we were sat at a larger round table - with other people not in our party. Of course, we were all in the same boat and it ended up being fine but not what I’d expect from a hotel of this caliber.
3. My company did not confirm/secure room payment and Omni would not allow for a third party payment authorization at the time of my stay. Unfortunately for me, this is a reoccurring issue with my company; however, every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at has been accommodating in getting this resolved.
Based on #2 and #3, I felt more like a number than an appreciated customer.

Their aged steaks are so flavorful and taste even better a day or two after. They have a lobster mac n cheese that is not on the menu. I don't even like mac n cheese and was blown away by how good it was. I can eat that everyday.

I just have to take a moment to say WOW! This completely blew me away. Let's start with the restaurant and first impressions. This place was beautiful had a very romantic and welcoming feel to it. The service was excellent our server was humble knowledgeable he knew exactly how to help us on our first visit and blew us away. The food, we started with the cesar salad wow amazing! I know right a salad amazing? Yes the salad was a great way to start and it was light fresh and delish. Our steak we tried the famous tomahawk and wow it was cook so beautifully it waa as tender packed with flavors that still makes my mouth water and crave more. It was the most memorable steak we've ever had. Mind you we got the steak medium rare and we came with a few non believers of medium rare people who's whole lives have been taught that well done steak to the point of making steak chips lol ate it and were confused because they couldn't believe how good the steak was. I don't have nothing but pages of good things to say to this restaurant please keep up the great service and food. Thanks to all at the restaurant for the experience.

This is my favorite restaurant to visit every year for my birthday and I did such today as in years past. As always, the NY steak was perfectly cooked and flavored. Side dishes and service was good. Booth was comfortable. When the room is over 75% full the noise level is somewhat annoying. So happy customer am I.

HOWEVER BEWARE, on the way out we all got our parking tickets validated but when I paid at the garage parking kiosk it charged me $42 for 2 hours and 18 minutes!! At first I was shocked and then disappointed. I returned to the restaurant and they DID NOT cure the problem and directed me back down to the parking garage attendant, who couldn't refund it and had to drive me down 3 levels to the parking office and they couldn't refund the amount either. Instead they took my phone number and said they would contact me. What a huge waste of time all because the parking kiosk malfunctioned. Then I go to exit and because of all the time wasted it charged me another $6.50!!! Really annoying.

UPDATE A WEEK LATER: the parking company never called and the restaurant never reimbursed. I will not return.

The food was great! I was treated for my birthday and ordered the dry aged new york. I also ordered brussle sprouts w/bacon and mac n' cheese(it was their upscale version of it). The sides offer enough to split between two people and it is encouraged to be done, so we were able to share sides. As a treat the waiter gave a rhubarb tart on the house.

This steakhouse is awesome. My family and I had a wonderful experience...our waiter Ludwig made it a very comfortable and enjoyable evening. The tomahawk is amazing and an impressive presentation. Thank you for preparing such quality food.
