Most of the service staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel also has a free car that can be sent to nearby places within three kilometers. The room is also very clean, recommended.

Age of hotel was rather evident. The hotel fee is mandatory, so do make use of the service car and Angel's tram where you can. While hotel is located near Little Tokyo, the supermarket is rather far away and not advisable to walk there.

The hotel room is very good, the service is very warm (I often go downstairs to smoke, and every time the waiter opens the door for me, I feel a little embarrassed), the location of the hotel is very convenient, it is very close to the "Angel Railway", it is also convenient to eat, and there is a night market not far away. The key is that the hotel is in the city center, the surrounding area is very safe and quiet, and there are no messy people hanging around.

What I loved:
1. Spacious room that was well appointed
2. The bed was SO COMFY
3. Front desk staff was very nice
4. Drinks at the bar at Blitzen’s (since it’s the holidays). Thanks for the great service, James!
What I didn’t love:
1. Small shower (about 9 square feet)
2. Breakfast area was reserved for a large party so we were sat at a larger round table - with other people not in our party. Of course, we were all in the same boat and it ended up being fine but not what I’d expect from a hotel of this caliber.
3. My company did not confirm/secure room payment and Omni would not allow for a third party payment authorization at the time of my stay. Unfortunately for me, this is a reoccurring issue with my company; however, every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at has been accommodating in getting this resolved.
Based on #2 and #3, I felt more like a number than an appreciated customer.

great hotel experience very fancy, good restaurant in there too. All the people who work here are very attentive to you as a guest. Rooms are very nice too, very expensive hotel but you get what you pay for. We only spent two days at this hotel and it was great. I recommend getting this hotel if you're traveling to LA and want a comfy hotel that makes you feel taken care of.

Absolutely amazing experience here at Omni. Everything from the front desk customer service, the valet service, room service, bell men, quality of the rooms and the amenities. This hotel is in a perfect location, everyone is beyond friendly and makes you feel so special and welcome! This is the best service I’ve had in a very long time. I am so taken back and cannot wait to book with Omni for future getaways. Thank you so much to the amazing staff! It is also a huge plus that there is an outdoor pool, gym, and a beautiful courtyard to hangout. Also super quiet. 10/10!!!! 🩷

Really good hotel. Location is great, front desk and valet staff are very attentive and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean. My room was facing the street and I couldn’t hear a thing- no noise at all, and the hotel was quiet. Was able to sleep perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is OK. Don't expect too much service from American hotels. The hygiene is good and the price is good!

The above mentioned hotel is a real oasis of greenery and serenity. It felt strange to be in the middle of a tropical forest. The breakfast was excellent and the service was fast and polite. My girlfriend and I had a great five days here and can't wait to move in!
