The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access and a wide array of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft, and the soundproofing quite good. The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in efficiently. Breakfast offered a rich variety of choices and was good value for money. Overall, it was a great experience, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

The hotel's location is pretty good for transport, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, check-in time is quite late. A bunch of people were queuing up, and they didn't bother to inform us beforehand that you absolutely cannot check in a single minute early. We just wasted time standing there waiting. There are quite a few homeless people around the hotel, especially at night. I'd recommend avoiding the direction of the 7-Eleven downstairs; it's super spooky, with almost no streetlights, making it unsafe. Also, there were people drag racing downstairs in the middle of the night, which was incredibly noisy. On the bright side, it's not far from the subway station, which is convenient.

The room was quite spacious, but the soundproofing was really poor, making it quite noisy. I had to wear earplugs to sleep. It was relatively clean, but they charged me unfairly. We had already paid the taxes through Ctrip and confirmed there would be no extra charges at the hotel. When we got back home, we found out they had charged us an extra few tens of yuan via credit card. Although it wasn't a lot, it's still a really bad practice.

The hotel is too old, and the bathroom design is very impractical. Water easily leaks out when showering.

Worst stay ever! Had a trip to LA, day was long and everybody is tired and head to this Hotel with our reservation. When we arrived hotel staff said parking is full and we have to find ourselves a parking! Like hey, where do they think we will park? Room was stinky, A/C is not cold kids have hard time sleeping and the water in the shower was set only to hot. Will not recommend to comeback to this place!

When we booked this hotel and before we checked in, we were assured there was a Electric kettle or Teapot in the room. Then the front desk simply told us NO.

Overall great value and check in done quickly, but homeless people are around outside; small issues included insects found in room, shower gel empty was refilled upon request, wifi suspended approximately a day

Downtown , many homeless.
Window is dirty.
Fridge is not useable. All items got frozen.
Shower has only one fountain.
We arrived before check in; but we could not find room for early check in. We slept in the looby approx 4 hours. No any kind of hospitality. So i do not beleive their friendship while hilton gives cooky during check in

Best Ramen in Lil' Tokyo in my opinion, and I've tried 10+ spots in the past 15 years that have come and gone, especially the original spot on 1st St...and to compete with the oldest ramen in town, you have to be better than. Mission accomplished!

I tried standard Miso Soup. The portion was huge. Broth is pretty tasty and the pork melts in your mouth. I don't like though the bell pepper. It looks irrelevant there. noodles look and taste kinda like from $1 noodle pack.
Waiter was nice and friendly, interior 3/5.
It was my first time trying miso soup.
For me its 3/5 but probably I ll give it a shot next time

In the middle of a nice courtyard with indoor and outdoor seating, this is a hip, casual, and quaint eatery which has a great selection of music might I add.... This super affordable yet huge bowl fills me for 2 meals. I love super spicy foods so I usually do level 2 ... have yet to be brave enough to try the special 1 or 2 which gets you on the wall of fame if you can finish it but, maybe one day. The spicy fried rice isn't very spicy but, has a great flavor and the dumplings are delicious and a great starter! The waitstaff operates like all hands on deck so u don’t have to wait on one specific waiter as they are all pitching in to keep customers happy & all were super nice and helpful. Perfect location for tourists as well that may be staying at the doubletree as it is adjacent.

I've come back to this place time and time again because I love the flavors of the mixed meat wrap... but I hate how they wrap them up with the paper inside the ends of the wrap. So annoying! But still... very tasty!

The menu is inventive and unique, however the wrap I ordered lacked flavor. I was quite surprised as it sounded amazing. Also ordering can be difficult as the font have waiters and the area to order is confusing and difficult when busy.

Cheap and good for a quick bite, food is great! There are also a couple board games to play if bored. Atmosphere and music is little loud and not for those who are looking for a quite dinner or lunch.

Wraps are all kind of the same but sooooo delicious. Large portions. Also serves beer if you are looking to brunch. Very friendly staff and attracts young crowd.
