We had a problem with the initial room and were moved two times until we found a good room

It was an amazing and memorable stay.  Cost of the room is exaggerated and what's up with the $17 small cup of fresh squeezed orange juice.  Yikes...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Del Coronado, and it was absolutely incredible! This beautiful resort is located on a stunning peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the ocean that took my breath away.

The hotel itself is a gorgeous blend of historic charm and modern luxury, making it a perfect getaway for both relaxation and adventure. The abundance of excellent restaurants on-site ensured that we never ran out of delightful dining options. Each meal was a treat, from casual bites to fine dining.

The atmosphere is vibrant, with many tourists around, adding to the lively spirit of the place. However, it never felt overcrowded; rather, it enhanced the experience. One of the highlights was seeing the hotel lit up in the evening—it truly transforms into a magical place, making the ocean views even more mesmerizing.

I highly recommend Hotel Del Coronado to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot. Whether you're relaxing by the beach, enjoying delicious food, or soaking in the stunning sunset views, it’s an experience you won't want to miss.

very pretty hotel with history. there is an souvenir store inside and showing some historical videos about celebrities who were staying here, also some old pics of the hotel. quite funny. the interior is well maintained and elegant. you could spend a full day in this island visiting the hotel and nearby beach which are same awesome

Hotel is historic. There was a huge event going on during our stay, and we were not apart of it, so we were ignored by staff and much of the hotel was blocked off just for them. Would have been nice to relay this information to all guests, as I would have came a different time. We stayed in the original hotel with water view. Rooms were dated and the hallways were something out of an acid trip. It was a trip to do one time and would not need to go back based on this.

Staying at Hotel del Coronado in the winter is a magical experience. It's the Del. That speaks for itself. Location is spectacular. It's a huge resort so expect that feel. The shore house section was amazing, modern and elegant. The cabana rooms had great views but need updating. Significant ant problem that was quickly rectified. They did a good job masking the extensive construction in the old section. Prices were what you'd expect for a beachfront resort
