Good staff.. But facilities were a bit old..Tables and cabinets start peeling off..free parking on site!

Noise from room kept me up there and other places and nobody could notice it might seem. America hate groups are also not such a good or new thing. Nobody’s business

Furniture was all beat up pealainf and water damaged. Very thin walls. No attendant was thier 24 hrs. Tryied to call front desk about 2am to complain about running up stairs . And slamming of doors arguing next door. Seem like drug dealler or something going on next door with lots of peopl in and out all night drunk girls making noise. No one at front desk to aswer. Want to leave and check out but did not know if we would get refund. It was worse experience i ever had staying in motel or hotel.

Was terror watar was shut off next morning the staf dont tell me nating the nighit before after i see note on the door off the room a 8am was no water we let early to use the restrooms on the restaurant was more on 1/2 day whit not water on the room was real terror

I am in San Diego twice a month and always stay at The Riverleaf The staff is very friendly and helpful Is clean and a great value It's better than some 5 star hotels

Photos of property did not reflect the actual room rented. Property had a strict smoke free policy charging $250 if caught smoking however, once in room.. it reeked of smoke. The bedding had a cigarette burn on them. Room was noisy, you could hear everyone walking by, stairs were broken which created a safety hazard.

Very humid room to the point that the window was soaked on the inside. Musty smell too. Furniture was very worn down. Fridge was noisy and leaked on the floor while defrosting. Stain on one of the bed skirts. Bathroom fan was noisy. Mattress was lumpy. I did have an incredibly noisy neighbor the last night there, and when I called to complain, it took two calls for someone to pick up. They did talk to the neighbors, and it quieted them down for a while, but I still didn't sleep well.

Good price. Pet friendly. Nice staff. But, dirty, old, wore out, shady people passing you at night under dimly lite lights. Some screens pushed out of windows. Poor overnight parking lights.

The front desk worker, Sheila was truly a heavensend. We showed up late but she was professional and helpful. She had an amazing attitude.

Inly complaint is the location is extremely secluded, which is peaceful but is difficult to navigate and i was unable to find a walkable path out of the area.

The beds were uncomfortable, the mini fridge didn’t work. But other than that the staff was very nice and very helpful.

Oldie but a goodie. Good food, decent prices, good atmosphere. I would so much rather come here than go to Black Angus or Outback.

Worst service experience we ever encountered, twice. Hostess lacks any tact. Manager did not offer much better customer service. I expect, and receive, better service at a fast food restaurants. Waiter was a gentleman. Food was ok at best. We enjoyed the salad more than the steak. Back to Ruth's Chris

One of the Greatest Original
Steak Houses left in San Diego is
Hunter's Steakhouse. It's the same as it was 30 years ago and that's definitely a Really Good Thing.

My husband and i had the porterhouse Steaks and their Infamous Au Gratin potatoes loaded with flavors of onion and bacon. My Steak was perfect as asked as was Jose's. Fresh steamed broccoli and baked potato for him.
Fresh baked pumpernickel bread with real butter stared us in the face as soon as we sat down.
Up next was our house salad tossed at the table with carrots, sprouts &mushrooms for me and cucumbers, onions, cherry tomatoes, croutons and fresh cheese towered Jose's plate with a perfect vinaigrette.

The picture of just the steaks on the plate was our leftovers from a 18oz. Porterhouse we each had and we had steak and eggs for breakfast.
The other pictures show our to go orders we got the following week.

This is a treasure still found in its original spot nestled off the 8 west directly across from DMV Mission Valley.

I had placed a to go order, when i got home i realised there was a mistake. I called back and spoke to Todd, he not only offered to correct the order, but he actually delivered it to me. Ive never had such amazing service from a restaurant in my life, on top of having amazing food! I highly recommend for the best dining experience. I will be a customer forever
