The room was clean and tidy, the location was great, the bed was comfortable, and the space was spacious. The hotel service was also excellent; they provided plenty of advance notifications before check-in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Entrance to hotel is tricky. Balcony Courtyard view is nice. Room is clean safe and decen. However check in took way too long. Should be more efficient and smooth. Give the pple the key and info they need and move on to the next customer. Maximize the time and less is more in sharing some times..

The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was decent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was professional and efficient. For its category, it offers good value for money, making it suitable for business or short trips.

This is a very old hotel, more like a motel.

Our room had direct access to the public parking lot downstairs, which made us feel unsafe.

If you have luggage, I wouldn't recommend booking here; you'll have to drag your suitcase outside for a long time to get to the elevator.

The breakfast was pretty good.

The room facilities were a bit old. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was broken, so we were moved to another room. Then the bathroom door was broken. The cleanliness was okay. There were no restaurants nearby, so we had to go into the city. The distance was okay, about a ten-minute drive. The hotel charges a parking fee, which is $10 per night for IHG members.

Very nice clean hotel on Hotel Circle so close to everything. The only issue was they don't tell you until you get there that there's a $25 per night per car parking charge. And if you tell then you're an IHG member they will drop to $10. But only if you ask. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and make sure you ask for housekeeping as it isn't guaranteed unless you do.
