Overall, the hotel experience was good, though the location isn't ideal, making dining and transportation a bit inconvenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was decent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was professional and efficient. For its category, it offers good value for money, making it suitable for business or short trips.

Very nice clean hotel on Hotel Circle so close to everything. The only issue was they don't tell you until you get there that there's a $25 per night per car parking charge. And if you tell then you're an IHG member they will drop to $10. But only if you ask. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and make sure you ask for housekeeping as it isn't guaranteed unless you do.

It's very close to the airport, and it's only about a ten-minute drive to the old town and downtown, so it's quite convenient.

The location is great, less than a ten-minute drive from SeaWorld. The facilities are a bit dated but clean. There's no drinking water in the room, so be sure to bring some.

I stayed in this hotel twice and it was very comfortable. It has a great location, complete facilities, beautiful environment and considerate service. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, the outdoor swimming pool is clean and refreshing, and the room has a balcony.

We went here for the Doctor who conference and found the hotel to be nice and accommodating. We were surprised to find that breakfast was not included in our stay. Which is fine but I'm used to breakfast being included maybe that's only at smaller hotels. That didn't affect my view of the hotel just something I wanted to note in my review.
The rooms are nice and we enjoyed our balcony. The restaurant had delicious food and the room service was very good as well. I had the caesar salad one night with chicken and the burger another day. Both were delicious and I would get again. The only note I would make about the restaurant is the wait times were long at times.
The ambience of the hotel screams "Hawaii". It was very nice and I enjoyed it. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
