Checked in late at night and it went smoothly. They brought my luggage up, placed it in my room, got an extra bed for my child, and brought a baby playpen for my baby. Very quiet hotel which I preferred

We have stayed at the Catamaran several times. The Pacific Beach area is great, and the catamaran is at the foot of many excellent restaurants and bars. Right next to the beach, and great staff and lovely grounds

Booked a room on the Catamaran for the honeymooners as a gift! I went to check them out and everything was easy and smooth! Sarah at the front desk was a total sweetheart and helped me with everything I needed, she assured me they would have a great time! I took a walk around before leaving and the hotel and resort is beautiful and a second walk to the beach from the rooms! Beautiful restaurant on...

We had a fantastic experience at the Catamaran Resort

The dated rooms will need a facelift to take them to the top tier, but the people were fantastic, and the location puts you right in the middle of the best parts of Mission and Pacific Beach

I was so excited to check in with my friends that my husband and I are already planning to stay there in the near future!

The room was quiet with good soundproofing, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the staff were very welcoming, and the overall experience was great. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come.

Had a wonderful three-day stay at the Gaslamp Marriott in San Diego! The location is perfect—just steps away from Petco Park and surrounded by downtown attractions

The US Grant Hotel was perfect. The valet was super fast, the car was always waiting for us at the door. The staff and service was impeccable in every way. Every staff member we delt with was amazing

It was like we were the only people there. The location is in a great area with plenty of things to do for nightlife with in walking distance

20 min to Sea World, 15 minutes to the Zoo, and 15 minutes to the beach, (At least the one we went to) We will be back for another stay for sure

The hallway noise also seeped in. The A/C noise was also noticeable but it became like a white noise which drowned out all the external noises. I wasn't floored by the service but i wasn't dissatisfied

Only negative is reservation said city view and our view was an old building across street that was empty, perhaps receiving some rehab

I guess that was the view of the city, but i inferred city view on reservation suggested our room would have a nice view of the city. OUR stay at the grant was very nice

$$50 resort fee but nothing but a pool and hot tub. Not worth paying additional $110 for two night's!!!

Great, fun staff! Enjoyed the pool, bar, and Halloween cruise. Only negative was the smoke alarm low battery started alerting at 6:30AM. They came very quickly and changed it out. I got back to sleep within 15 mins.

Staff was kind and accommodating. Studio room was very nice with a beautiful view of the bay. The only downfall was we attempted to dine at Dockside and never was greeted by a server so we left after about 10 minutes

Awesome staff, Andre at the front desk was on top of his game. When he found out, it was our anniversary he provided a credit to be used on my dinner at the hotel. Our room was awesome overlooking the bay harbor

The property is well maintained and has flamingos and ducks and beautiful views all over. There are multiple swimming options, and you can rent a bike to enjoy the waterfront. My room was spacious and very well kept

Outstanding with beautiful and luxurious views of the Coronado Bay. Im African American and it's a true dream away from home. The staff was friendly, professional and overall had beautiful smiles

Staff was great and the resort was very relaxing. Food was average. Pool chemicals were off but other than that all was very lovely.

It was a cottage room, would highly recommend it as it had its own kitchen and couch and all. Very spacious, I was traveling for work so could hardly use it but would love to visit again

My, stay at the resort was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the shower and tub. The restaurant downstairs was amazing

My only issue was that my balcony was overlooking a conference that was going on so there were several people sitting out there right underneath so it kind of disturbed my time out on my balcony, but the view from my balcony was good

Very clean. The pool side bar is not open during “winter” time. Which was disappointing. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

The room is large and quiet, the hygiene is good, and the environment is great! The resort is quite large, suitable for an immersive experience for the whole family, but it was a pity that it rained when I went there and I couldn't play

We love this property!! This was our 2nd time staying. We booked for NYE, which although it was raining, we were still able to enjoy the jacuzzi. Check in was smooth, and you can’t beat the location

Still close to the liveliness of downtown, and old town, but quiet enough for a nice getaway. The bay view is gorgeous, and the christmas tree light up from Seaworld was a nice surprise

This is a highly recommended resort for this trip to San Diego. It is peaceful and comfortable. I hope to come again if I have the chance!

Definitely recommend this property. The only downfall being the $45/ night parking. We will be back in the summer for full usage!

Quiet Business Hotel I love using this hotel as a business stop. The club level provides an amazing breakfast every morning complete with eggs, bacon, toast, oatmeal etc. The rooms are nice and modern

Self parking was spacious and reasonably priced. Hotel receptionist was helpful and welcoming. Sliding door to the bathroom was in extremely bad shape though. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This Hilton hotel was so clean! I was so happy to see they had a mini Starbucks on the 1st floor to start my day off. The food at their cafe wasn't too bad either! I'd stay here again

Over all the stay was pleasant! Only the 30$ parking fee for one night seems a bit over priced. Most hotels I stayed previously were free parking for their customers.

Nice rooms, great location to everything. King Beds comfortable rooms neat, clean and mini refrigerator

Room was adequate. The bed sunk in the middle and toilet tank cover in bad condition. Gym was nice but temperature I too hot.  Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good

You do hear when other rooms are using water but we were barely in the room to care too much. There is a parking charge which is also a huge bummer but becoming pretty standard unfortunately

Quiet, clean, and have a very nice pool secluded in the back. Gym was also very nice with lots of options which I find is hard to find.

The elevator has been out for over a week according to the staff, and with prior knowledge you shouldn’t be using that section of the hotel. At the very least give guests the option of rebooking elsewhere

We have stayed at your hotel several times. I’m really disappointed that you put us in an area of your hotel that you knew had a broken elevator and was broken prior to us booking

The carry-on wasn’t delivered at all, so I had to go to the front desk to claim it. The night front desk person was nice, but the day front desk gentleman wasn’t very courteous

At $600 a night I’d expect more

The entire staff was super friendly and accommodating from the shuttle guy, front desk, housekeepers and bartender. Lovely pool spa area and nice gym. Great rooms and location is less than 10 minute drive to airport

We were asked when we were going to leave and we told them in a few minutes and we're going out to balboa park and lunch. So when we got back to the room we had to ask for new towels and the room wasn't cleaned

Affordable stay with a great location near the airport and with convenient access to major roadways. We were upgraded to the renovated rooms. They were decent and the beds were comfortable

If youd prefer to spend your money exploring San Diego rather than paying more for a room I highly recommend

Great hotel bar with lots of TVs and good drinks menu. The cookie and water was tasty. No complaints would def stay here again

For my purposes, it doesn't get better. We arrived by car, and got two rooms for the two couples in our group. I was upgraded to a suite with patio. The regular room was on the side with a view of the Bay

The hotel is located off of a busy highway, the noise didn't bother us. Here is a view of the outdoor heated pool and the mountains from our balcony

Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Bed is very comfy. However, Room itself is abit outdated and shower water temperature is abit unstable. Window is thin, i can hear clearly the highway

Very low quality for Sheraton standarts, I was really surprised. You can stay somewhere much nicer with this cost

However gets the job done, it's clean and had good water pressure. I do wish there were more spots to hang your towels to dry, when your sharing your room

The only downside is the breakfast, boring with only a few varieties, no vegetables or cheese or ham/turkey, only 1 type of eggs which is scrambled

This was a nice hotel! I was able to check in fairly early. clean, modern room with the most comfortable fluffy bed and little side chairs I think I've ever felt in a hotel

Staff kindness, especially on the part of Josie. She expedited an early check-in. After disembarking that day from a cruise, I was really tired and appreciated it.

I stayed for seven nights in total, and the overall experience was decent. However, what was truly unbearable was the overwhelming smell from the bathroom—it smelled like sewage, and you could even smell it from the bed.

An excellent hotel with wonderful, friendly staff. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. The plumbing is new and high-quality

Location is right in the middle of all the 'happenings', yet you can grab a Starbucks and meditate in the sun on Horton Plaza

Pros: For those who don't drive, the location is convenient. You can walk to Fashion Valley to buy things. There are restaurants near the hotel. There is a small swimming pool and bubble bath, and you can also do laundry

Overall, it's quite good, considering it's a fairly large motel resort. The only complaint is the thin flooring; whenever someone walks past, the ground shakes. The cleaning truck rumbles like thunder

If you plan to stay out later, be sure to put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, otherwise the cleaning staff will frantically knock on your door at 8:30 a

The soundproofing is poor, and you can hear everything you hear from the outside

The hotel is generally ok. The room and bathroom are old, but the place is clean. It is a three-story building with an elevator. The free Wi-Fi is not very useful. Parking is USD20 per night, which is quite expensive.

Gym is great! Pool is indoor but strong chlorine smell, makes your eyes burn. Overall recommend it & would come back

Very clean suite with kitchen, and all necessary appliances.  Front desk is very nice and helpful.  Garage entrance is a bit tight, just need to go slow.  Highly recommended for family staying

The room is large, it's a suite, like a serviced apartment, ; the staff are very warm and friendly. The only downside is that the parking lot is on the 11th floor, and it's a bit nervous to drive in circles

The hotel is in a great location, within 15 minutes' drive of major attractions such as the aircraft carrier and Balboa Park, and there are good restaurants within walking distance

What I didn't like: the towels they left for us on the day we arrived were trampled. We mentioned it at reception and they asked us to send an email

Valet parking is quite expensive at $60 per night, but it’s the best option and feels very safe. A special shout-out to Kamal, who works with the valet parking

Hotels can be pricey, but worth it! And here's why; Gas lamp has everything! Baseball stadium, bars, restaurant's, sights, rickshaws! All within walking distance for the most part

Great location in the gas lamp district and excellent staff that will go above and beyond. Rooms are well appointed, bar and restaurant available in the lobby

The downside is that the restaurant is average, breakfast is not buffet, it is a la carte, and the price/performance ratio is also very low

The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the conference center. Everything else is pretty standard, nothing special or bad

A lot was wrong with this stay. Particularly bad was housekeeping which was obvious when we found used kleenex in the drawers day one. We were always short towels and products and the “cleaning” was minimal

The pool was a garbage dump with no staff. I would not recommend this for the price. Over promising and way under delivering!

My family and I stayed in a one bedroom suite for the Thanksgiving holidays. It came complete with living room, dining room table, kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and 2 Queen sized beds and 1 Queen sized pull out bed

We did not partake in the rooftop bar or pool as it was full of kids at the time. (Maybe recommendation could be no children under 18 after X time?) Overall very happy with hotel

Bed was comfy, loved layout of bathroom for privacy. (Which did not impact the 5 star rating) 1) pillows were not ideal 2) our room window faced the metro trolly street
