BEAUTIFUL ROOM! We stayed in the executive suite marina view and it was GORGEOUS! Pool is a little smaller than we're used to but we also pretty much had it to ourselves so the kids didnt mind! The restaurant also has really great chicken alfredo

it a old hotel. But is ok The pool is warm. It’s a good point of the hotel. But the hot tub is small.

I think that’s a little bit of a silly practice but if you’re going to do it then make sure your guests know. But other than that, it would be hard to find anything to complain about here

I think every room in the whole place has a great view and mine was no exception. I loved sitting out on my patio. The hot tub overlooking the marina was the perfect end to every day

The staff was so helpful, we loved that they offered sand toys, beach chairs and towels. The pool was heated to a perfect swim able temperature. Loved this place for so many reasons!

Did a ton of research before choosing this hotel for an 8-night stay. Ocean view as promised, very friendly helpful staff, location is both gorgeous and convenient with restaurants and bars within easy walking distance

Service was really exceptional. Location was fantastic, and despite being right on the boardwalk and being on the first floor, it was very quiet and you could not hear anything from the room

Super close to Pacific Beach spots for restaurants. Hotel has bikes (including for kids!) that can be used and also has beach chairs and toys for the kids (super easy access to the beach)

Beds are comfy, room is large, ventilation is effective and quiet. If we ever have a chance to return to SD, I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The staff have made it feel like home for us!

It's not a well-known brand, but the price is certainly not cheap! The United States is really suitable for B&Bs, and hotels have basically no services anyway!

Right by the highway, the main draw is its affordable price. We stayed in a poolside room; the hotel has a hot tub, so you can even use it in winter. The room facilities are average but perfectly functional

Clean room and nice pool area. Breakfast was average but main issue was the reception staff who came across as rude and toxic. They need to work on their people skills.

Parking is convenient, though there's a fee. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel's location is decent, making it easy to drive to several attractions

Very good. Even though it's close to the street, the soundproofing is excellent, so you can't hear any outside noise. The room was also very clean.

The hotel might look a bit old, but the area feels safe and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay.

I was very happy with my stay here. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. It was a big bedroom but a tiny bathroom. There was a large shower, no bath. It was a good powerful shower

It is really near the Downtown Portland Nordstrom. If you are a business traveler to shop at the Anniversary Sale. You don't have to travel to Seattle. But the Portland Downtown Nordstrom store is a 5

The breakfast which was included was really good. Loads to eat and drink, nice coffee and buns! I would recommend it. Ear plugs essential, as always

location is ok but quite a long walk and hilly. Room is large and clean. The basin in not in the toilet but outside near the bed area. Breakfast is good. Overall is good for me. Thanks

They don't do room service so good luck with the 2 towels you get and emptying out your own trash cans. At this point its just a fancier Motel rather than a hotel

Convenient location. I arrived before 4pm, but they allowed me to check in without any hassle. The staff were very friendly. Valet parking was available for $42 a day.

Room was clean, quiet. The mattress was actually very very comfortable, I slept like a baby in that bed haha. Great price, great friendly staff 👍 recommended!

Stayed at the Bristol while in San Diego for a concert at The Music Box. Staff was attentative and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Also, there are plenty of eateries and shopping within walking distance

The breakfast options were good and we really enjoyed the pool. There are lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk down the street. Coronado is a beautiful island

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They provide a wonderful full breakfast daily. We parked our car upon arrival and walked everywhere. There was no need to drive anywhere, everything is so close

The hotel was clean, had a nice pool and hot tub, was less expensive than comparable Hampton Inns, had friendly staff and good hot breakfast every morning. It is also 7 min from San Diego Zoo

I wasn't worried about cleanliness, they did a good job there. Some non chain hotels adjacent to this property have been converted to public housing by the city to assist homeless people to find housing

The Zoo is amazing! Best thing we did in San Diego. The rooms were small, the beds were comfortable but all other furniture in room and lobby was worn, broken in and tattered

I do not enjoy it and it detracts from the quality of my experience. Its a clean hotel with friendly service full of vacationing families, but there are some caveats. I'm not willing to compromise on safety

Don't take my word for it, just do a quick google search. I am convinced one erratic psychotic acting guest at this Hampton Inn was staying on a county waiver or something

We had enough negative interactions with this guy that I didn't feel my 14 and 17 year old children could leave the hotel room unsupervised

This hotel is tricky what makes it special and lucky is when you get a room with an amazing view we’ll let me tell you we were lucky enough to get a balcony view of the harbor! Friendly teams of helpers etc and front desk people great house keeping just fantastic stay here for great value great location comfy beds

There was a construction across the river. The quiet was not really good. The bistro needs to be upgraded to a restaurant and have more meals options.

It's very convenient to go to the airport, about 10 minutes' drive. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport every half an hour

There are many restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. The hotel is a bit old, and there's a stale smell when you open the door

Breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve seen in a hotel in quite a while. Room had a good option for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. Couple of dust bunnies, but sheets and towels were white

Parking is free, and I arrived late at night, but there were still plenty of available parking spaces

The housekeepers are nice and the breakfast buffet is good and the change it up everyday one day was eggs and sausage and the next day was egg omelettes and bacon. The pancake maker was the best

The parking is pricey at 37 dollars a day but there is off street parking available. There are cute shops in walking distance and the beach is a 5 minute walk

Having onsite access to "Manhattan of La Jolla", a highly decorated, classic New York-style Italian steakhouse and piano bar located inside the hotel was a treat! Overall, this 5-star experience provides excellent concierge/customer service and top notch room cleanliness

The front desk staff (Joshua, Eric and Hailey) constantly and consistently went the extra mile, effortlessly, which helped me to stay on track with a very tight schedule; the room was exquisite; and the ambience of the hotel was warm and welcoming

Our room was clean and reasonably priced for a king bed with sleeper sofa. Two sinks were a bonus at this price. Nothing fancy but enough to get through the morning. Also the customer service was very helpful

I realize it’s 2018 now, but at the time, I loved this place! It was clean, nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, pool area was beautiful especially at night when they turned on the Christmas lights they had set up around the fenced area, and you could also see the fireworks from Seaworld at night

The hotel is either recently renovated or new, the rooms are a nice size and the bed is comfortable. It is nice they have a refrigerator in the room and new TVs as well. And there are plugs for days

We were in town to welcome home our daughter whose in the navy, the hojo was decently priced and in a convenient location for easy travel to the naval base.

Suite is overstating, as was really 2 beds in single room with 2 person table and small balcony. Was reasonably clean and beds very comfortable. Bathroom beyond small, very dated room
