If you don't have high requirements for breakfast, just to fill your stomach. I read other reviews saying that the breakfast in this hotel is simple

We enjoyed our 5-day stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were consistently attentive and responsive to our requests, which we really appreciated

In our case, we had to request refills for shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and towels since housekeeping is not automatic every day

When staying in a hotel like this at this price in the United States, it can only be said that the room is clean and it is normal. If you have special requirements for breakfast, then stay in an expensive hotel

Quiet, not busy with loud people. Gina at the desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was better than a lot of other hotels, plenty to select from. Room was a bit small, but was fine for 2

If you stay in an expensive hotel, the breakfast will naturally be richer. If this hotel is purely for family travel, it is quiet, fast and simple, and it is enough

The hotel is very stylishly decorated, offers a continental breakfast with delicious pastries plus free deckchairs and umbrella for a day at the beach. There’s also a lovely courtyard to enjoy some outdoor space

The rooms are very cozy (small but adequate in size) but one would wish their decor matched the rest of the hotel in terms of continuing the ambience. The bed and bedding were soft and plush

Great place to stay in Coronado! Walkable to either end of the "island. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice amenities (cookies, coffee, in-room coffee)

This hotel was everything I wanted it to be! It was small beautiful and very comfortable! I stayed for 3 nights in the king room and it was great! It was a nice walk to the beach and the ferry! Will be coming back next time I’m going to San Diego/Coronado!

the parking in front is a little tight, but the lot in the alley always had spots and was easy to get in and out. If you need your window open, it is a little noisy in the morning because it's such an enclosed space

Clean Room,Amenities and staff are on another level. If you are planning on visiting Coronado,This is the place to stay and enjoy a delicious Coffee and fresh baked cookies.

Comfortable, clean updated room. Great location in the center part of Coronado. Breakfast in the cafe was also excellent. We have stayed here many times over the last 30+ years and always had a great experience

After the long awaited renovations are complete, Beach Village was a dream. Our room featured a working fireplace, beautiful balcony with an ocean view and comfortable furniture. The room was very clean and new

The hotel does not have its own parking lot, which is inconvenient for self-driving people, because every time they go out and call them to drive over, they have to give a tip (it is customary here that the tip is not asked by the waiter)

Excellent experience at breakfast with Donna serving us. Iniego also helped me with coffee one day and refilled the milk another day, even though it was just at closing time. Felipe was also a very kind cook

The room size is very suitable for our family of four One room, one living room, the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed. It is within walking distance from the aircraft carrier. I found a restaurant near the hotel

The location was perfect! The complimentary breakfast was excellent!!! I would say the hotel parking is way too expensive in all the Gaslamp area, since you really don't need to use your car

Great location for all of the events we had. Parking was valet only, but it worked for us. The room had a nice view and plenty of space. Would come back again!

The only issue we had was the parking. It is not clear that parking is not widely available and it costs $64 per day to use the valet service.

Primer Room is spacious and cozy with good nature light, have everything like kitchen much better than a Airbnb. Nice service is provided at front desk. Location is convenient nearby airport and other tourist spots

A bit of a walk from food options but close to the airport. Nice walking path around the area. Additional towels or change of sheets on request, which I prefer to having someone in my room every day

Didn’t stay long enough to give more details but I did take a video walk around of the lobby and surrounding areas on the ground floor to give an idea of what the hotel is like. Customer service was great too

Located very close the SanDiego airport was great place to spend our last night in town. Dropped off rental car and used shuttle back to hotel. Had a spacious 2 br suite for 4 adults

You can park right in front of your room, but if you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend staying on the first floor since the second floor requires climbing stairs

Wish they would move the wheelchair entry unit from the side of the pool to allow for better visibility of the kids on the steps but whatever, this was exactly what we needed for our family of 7

The lady did not have a reservation. Kimberly was able to get the lady a room within minutes. Kimberly was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. She even checked us in early after we were on the road for so long

Booked a room at this hotel to attend my brother’s graduation. This hotel is in a great location. Only 10 minutes away from the Marines' base. She was helping someone when we walked in

The food was always stocked and a fairly good amount of choices. Bad thing is that the selection never changed. No rotation of potatoes or ham/ meat option. The hotel is old and needs renovation so looks dated

Having this hotel booked for me by a third party and then reading the reviews afterwards, I had mixed thoughts of how my 5 night stay would turn out. Noise- yes it can be noisy if your room faces the freeway

Mine did but the noise wasn’t loud enough to keep me from sleeping. A sound machine via phone etc would be useful. Food- lots of complaints of food running out etc

There is street parking but there are homeless people around and for some reason most of the curbs are painted faded red so it’s really hard to see at night and there is no reason for so much red restricted areas to park

No free weights no pulley systems etc, pointless. Parking- you have to pay and a reason I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s like a restaurant charging you to use silverware and plates? Makes no sense

The hotel is located off the beaten track not like it’s a prime location downtown. No need to charge for this and just a way to squeeze more money out of you

The breakfast was delicious-- pumpkin pancakes, with cream cheese frosting and syrup, scrambled eggs and bacon. I stayed in the Shores room with a friend which has twin beds with white linens which were perfect

Great place to stay near the airport! Although not 100% soundproof, I really only heard 2 planes max during my 3 night stay

I booked it because it had a bathtub, but I had to ask the front desk for a plug, and there were days when they didn't have enough to lend me one. Also, the photo shows a pool, but there was nothing there

After staying for two days, I am still satisfied with all aspects of services and the transportation is convenient. Renewed for another three days. The total is check-in on January 3rd and check-out on January 8th

Motel with good structure, price x benefit is worth it

The location was convenient, within walking distance of the trolley station and a short Uber ride from the airport, but the security situation may be a little bad (if you're used to traveling abroad, it won't be a problem)

2 blocks away from the harbor and 1 block away from little Italy. I highly recommend Urban Boutique!

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and the free Crumbl cookie vouchers were a nice bonus to the trip! There is a $100 deposit when you check in, and unfortunately the refund may take a while to be processed (longer than other hotels I've noticed)

Very close to the restaurants and a walkable distance to bus and trolley stations. Did not seem to have room service included but it didn't bother me as I was only there for a short stay

The main reason I write this review is that they didn’t honor this prepaid reservation. They charged me at the higher new rate and asked me to try to get refund for the prepaid amount. I might go to court with them.

It's conveniently located near the Fashion Valley Light Rail Station, about a ten-minute walk away, and the Route 88 bus stops right outside

We visited San Diego for my son's graduation. While there are many hotels in the area, we chose the Holiday Inn Express

Worse still, when I called the front desk for help with connecting to the wifi (after having done all the troubleshooting recommended on the Holiday Inn Express website and via Reddit suggestions) I was given a number to call

We walked to the farmers market and had a blast!! All in all, I'm very impressed by my stay at the Residence Inn and I would definitely return the next time I visit San Diego

The bedroom had dust around the TV. Otherwise the room was pretty clean. There was things to do around the hotel. There was convenience, stores restaurants the zoo, and other things were close by going by Uber.

The ac/heater resonated very badly, making terrible noise. The pool went through a renovation in December, but the water was still not heated as of January 10. The sofa bed was worn and uncomfortable

The location was amazing, breakfast was good, room was perfect! The amenities like games on the patio, the park directly across the street, the parking right outside the door was just awesome

The facilities were clean and the staff was exceptional. I will definitely be returning
