The Vagabond Hotel in Miami

I went in to get a coffee to go. It came up to $4.86 and I provided my visa. The barrista walks over to the till and then changes her mind and tells me it's cash only. No big deal, I handed her a $20. She put it in her wallet and gives me change of $14. I Would have been happy to tip her but I realized what was going on here and that she was pocketing the money. I told her that was incorrect change and she hands me another dollar. Clear theft going on here. Pay carefully.

Every time you call to make an order, the phone is off. This has happened so many times. It's unreal. The level of professionalism and service sucks. I don't normally leave bad reviews but omg. I don't know who owns this location, but please get your team together. The last time I was there, one of the servers was yelling at a client who was treated rude the whole time she was there and complained about the service.

I have been a customer for more than 3 years, every week I ordered lunch (delivery) and tipped +20% every time. I've had 2 incidents in which the person who answered was extremely rude, the first time they apologized and sent me a gift. And today again, I called and asked information about the specials and the menu. The person who answered told me that he could not believe I was calling them without knowing what I want, that calling a place not knowing what to order was simply unbelievable, he was rude and even sarcastic. He also mentioned that he could not believe that after so many years I did not know the menu by heart ("really, after all this time you do not know??!!'). I was so surprised that I did not know what to say. It is unfortunate that after such a long time they treated a loyal customer this way. Keeping frequent and loyal customers happy is extremely important.
