Housekeeping came in the room and cleaned room while my underage son was in bed sleeping. Incredibly disturbed by the situation. Asking for a full refund. Completely unacceptable

The rooms were clean, the view was amazing and we truly enjoyed the efforts to maintaining a clean hotel.

Restaurant but no room service even for coffee and the in room coffee maker didn’t work. Noisy construction outside and noisy yelling all night.

Wonderdul stay at the Hyatt Centric. I lost a bundle of cash (over $500) in my room and it was retrieved and returned to me by housekeeping. Thank you to both managers who assisted and the great service provided. We will be back!

all of the staff was great, room was spacious and very clean. Only disappointment was that the pool was not in operation during our stay.

We had a great experience at this hotel. During check-in, there was a brief issue with their computer system, but the staff quickly made up for it by offering complimentary drinks to my wife and me. The drinks were good and helped pass the time while we waited for our room. Once ready, the bell staff promptly brought our luggage up. The room was spotless, and the beds were comfortable. Overall, it's a very nice hotel in an ideal location. Highly recommend!

We’ve just had another amazing stay at Hyatt Centric Las Olas! We celebrated a birthday, and Mr. Jeffrey Katz made the celebration very special! It was our third stay at this hotel this year. We’ve been coming here to celebrate all our family’s important dates. The hotel team is simply amazing! We would like to specifically mention the restaurant team who are very welcoming and accommodating, and the food is on par with the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

When I showed up with my 4 year old daughter for dinner, they refused to honor my reservation. I had made it a little more than 3 weeks in advance for the holiday boat parade, but they lost it. Too late to find someplace else on the water, and my daughter wasn’t going to last much past dinner. So we had to miss the boat parade to find somewhere for dinner. We flew from Texas to see the boat parade, so this was very disappointing to say the least. If they respond to my post to provide an indefensible explanation, I’d like to point out that I have the call in my phone records…

Sat at the bar for 5 minutes and the bartender ignored us. Sat at a table and got ignored an additional 10 minutes. Place was not busy AT ALL.

Love this place ! Awesome food! Superb Chef! The weekend menu is delicious! It’s the perfect place to enjoy dinner, outside seating , the breeze, the view.. kid friendly in case you have the kids ! And also a great place to watch the game!!

It's 9:22pm get ready to place my order. I asked for the carved turkey. She told me, she is not going to do it because she already put it up, So I have a choice of cold sandwich. I ask her, Do you guys close at 10pm and it's 9:23pm? She said that she closes the door at 9:45pm. Well, I did not order. I don't deal with people with attitude and negative vibe.

We come here with our family at least once a week. Food is always delicious, store always immaculate and staff are all amazing. Couldn't ask for more

I actually had walked over here for a tuna sub, they had no tuna and due too limited time I could not pick another location. Only one person was working.. I think the quality in service for subway has gone done. If subway is trying to save on labor it's going to save on food cost too from lost customers.. it's sad.

For a subway on Las Olas this subway sucks. Service has been slow everyone I was there. I went there once and there was one worker and she was babysitting her child who was running all over the store. There was one person ahead of me and it took me 20 minutes to get my order. I still gave them another chance today and they were closed 2 hours earlier than they should be.
