I am not satisfied with the way we were treated as guests regarding my reservation from January 1st to January 3rd. In fact, we were unable to stay at your property because the room could not be opened with the key. The maintenance staff was also unable to open the door, and their attitude was unacceptable — they were angry the entire time.
Furthermore, you never offered us an alternative room, nor did you refund the amount we had already paid. As a result, we were forced to look for another hotel and assume the additional cost ourselves.
The service provided by your establishment was extremely poor. I formally demand a full refund to my account. I request that you verify that I did not stay at your property and that you issue a refund of the amount paid.
I WILL NEVER STAY AT YOUR PROPERTY AGAIN.

The worst hotel in the US, it felt like entering a prison. 800 RMB can get you a 5-star hotel in China. No next time.

They asked me for a deposit when I entered the hotel but they did not return it when I left. What happens is that the money does not reach my card

The gym is four cardio machines that don’t work. There was no pool access. Nor breakfast.

Would have given worst had boneless rib combo to go got 4ribs that was soo tough couldn't eat pork fried rice too over cooked and dry asked for more soy sauce to go they would not give it to me man at the register was rude I will never eat there again so little portions was still hungry after I ate what was eatable

False advertising for the best crust in town.. You can see the diamond shape pattern on the bottom of the crust any place the bakes with screens like that does not have the best crust.. invest in a better oven like brick.. and in NY I've rarely seen them use corn meal

I'm eating the pizza i ordered while writing this review and I'm baffled as to how this place has a 4.5 star rating,friends and family must be ones rating them 5 stars. The store is filthy and smells bad and does not have a heat lamp to keep your pizza hot. I ordered a large pizza and when i picked it up i thought the box was empty, its tiny. Some of the slices were as wide as 2 fingers. The garlic rolls and simply ready to bake yeast rolls covered in a butter sauce. The delivery driver must have another job because he's wearing a uniform from a mechanic shop or something. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE IT'S A RIP OFF.....

Jayno's has very original options like mac & cheese + jerk chicken pizza however, i had the veggie pizza. It's great! The delivery guy was pleasant. If you're tired of basic commercial chains like Papa Johns, Domino's, or God forbidden Pizza Hut then this is home! Will purchase again.

The pizza is absolutely phenomenal. Every. Single. Time. I highly recommend getting a pizza with garlic, beef, and ricotta. I promise you won't be disappointed! The delivery times are super quick, and the food always arrives blazing hot. This is the only place my girlfriend and I order from anymore, and we look forward to it each week.
