Th doors to the room opened backwards, the lock was not working. No other room available, and the second night at 4am. Someone opened our door? Mumbled I’m sorry and left. It was not a good feeling, could not sleep again? Would not recommend

Room is clean. Staff is professional.
Everything smells humidity. The AC is not strong enough and it's doing a lot of noise trying to keep up. The mentioned shuttle is provided by a third party and is not included.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel wit my wife and a friend of us, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way! The standout feature of our stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by Diego. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable, and his kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Our room was also immaculately clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed, including a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave. It was the perfect home away from home.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. And a special thank you again to Diego for making our stay so special!

This stay was serviceable. Our first room was full of mayflies (flying bugs) and so we had to switch rooms after we had unpacked and everything. Then when we returned to the hotel, there was not enough parking for our vehicle. Staff found us a place to put our car after a bit of scrambling.

Wonderful location for McDonalds. On A1A, near the beaches. At 6:46 pm , Sunday evening, October 1st, I was served the worst McDonald's sandwiches have ever had. I get a hamburger and a McChicken. At every McDonalds I try. The hamburger was average. The McChicken was abominable. It is a sandwich that has a spicy crust, allowing you to ignore the meat. This McChicken could not be ignored. The crust was soggy and bland, allowing the meat to tasted. You do not want to taste the chicken in a McChicken. I don't know if I will ever order another McChicken.

Employees should at least be able to say "You are welcome," when being told "thank you". Is that asking too much for the sake of courtesy? The typical response of "No problem" by employees to hearing "thank you" is mindless and meaningless.

The girl working in the front is very rude. She doesn't seem like she wants to work there. We made a big order and she seems to be annoy that we order a lot. If she is a manager there she should be fire because she give very bad service.

It's McDonald's. Eat there at your own risk, I think we've all watched enough documentaries to know better.

That being said, it is inexpensive and plentiful. It is usually open late. Staff are typically friendly unless they're not, and then they're really really bad.

Your mileage may vary but it's a pretty consistent experience and I believe that is exactly what they're going for.

Have always tipped generously typically I tip $2 on a cup of coffee. Been coming here for 25 years. Other day had $100 dollar bill. Claimed they could not cash it at 9 am in morning... Attitude by cashier was bad... No more tips from me...
