The hotel is nice, and a wonderful woman named Vesna greeted us at reception. She told us about nearby restaurants and gave us snacks and bottled water. When we discovered that parking was advertised as free but actually required a fee, she said she wouldn't charge us extra. You can request amenities at the hotel that aren't in your room. We needed a razor and shaving foam, and they gave us those. The breakfast was good, with warm cinnamon rolls and hot food. The only thing is that the breakfast bar closes exactly at the end of the meal, so it's best not to be late.

We booked two double rooms through Trip.com, which were unfortunately already inhabited by numerous cockroaches. Unfortunately, every alternative room shown (on all floors) already had animal inhabitants. We checked out and looked for somewhere else to stay. I really can't recommend the hotel, and the lady at check-in didn't seem surprised by our discovery. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. I hope to get my money back from Trip.com.

I strenuously DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Totally unaccommodative, extremely condescending and antagonistic! No first come first serve basis! I came first but the impertinent young man at the front told me to wait 10 minutes; but ended up checking in everyone in the queue and attending to me last! Asked for a quiet room and he gave me a room plunged in the middle of the noisiest hallway facing the boisterous main road! The manager told me to wait till 3pm, the official check in time before he would assign me a decent room of my choice.
The rooms are only separated by a piece of board; hence you can hear your neighbours thumping and banging away!
Do not stay here! It’s a nightmare.

The location is good if you know the area to Uber or if you have a rental. Not much around except for the small ***** mall across the street.

Room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were very nice.

Amenities were also nice and clean. Free breakfast, free shuttle to and from airport which was great. The pool and the gym were also clean.

Cons: I chose a double queen bed but it was unavailable when I checked in so I was given a King with a sleeper sofa that didn’t work. I was told that this is the issue when booking through a third party service like ******* etc., I was traveling with my little boy so this wasn’t an issue but if I was with the whole family this would have been a major problem. At the end I was offered a refund and a new hotel elsewhere but I declined.

First there were no internet for the whole stay one night, but what makes me disappointed is that the manager is confirming that the guy will come to fix it which never come
Location was good for one night close to FL airport
