Lovely hotel and pool but location wasn't ideal however it was surrounded by random restaurants which was good. Underneath the bed hadn't been cleaned since the hotel has opened it seemed, we knew as we had to push the bed towards the wall for our toddler incase she rolled out

Good hotel, my room had a full kitchen and washing and a dryer machines, parking has a valet service who are getting the cars

First of all.., check-in was complicated. The front Desk was confused and without information control.
The access to the elevators is terrible.
The room was dirty.., the bathroom is cramped.., and has a tiny sink.
The bed was horrible.., including the pillows.
Standard American breakfast.
The location is good. There’s a Best Buy beside the hotel.., and 15 minutes by foot to the Dolphin Mall.
I’d not stay again.

I absolutely love this hotel. The location is great. Just across the road from Miami International mall and a dollar tree. Best Buy is also close by and Dolphin Mall is just about 3 mins away by car. Amenities are great. When I first entered the hiotel it smelled delicious . A lovely cinammon scent. The room was clean and had a washer and dryer which is so convenient. An iron and blow dryer is also available. My room also had both a microwave and a refrigerator. There is a bar right by the pool with happy hour on weekends and pool towels in the rooms. The breakfast at this hotel is one of the best with good variety and very delicious. The staff is so pleasant. I definitely will be staying here again when I come to Miami.

The place is amazing, the breakfast was great, I loved the pool in the rooftop and is really close to Dolphin Mall. I would definitely stay again here.
