Crystal Beach Suites Miami Oceanfront Hotel in Miami Beach

I was just there. I wanted a regular slice of pizza. They were out, and it was going to be a 15 minute wait. They had Sicilian ready, so I decided to go for a slice of Sicilian. I had checked the pricing on the menu before I ordered, and it said that the Sicilian was $3.50. I handed my card to the cashier, and he handed me back a bill to sign for $5.45 (included tax). He told me that the chefs kept telling him to charge $5. I can't stand getting ripped off, so I yelled back at the chefs asking why they were telling him to charge $5. One of the chefs came over to me, and told me that they were changing the price. I told them that they can't change the price without changing it on the menu. He said they were "working on it." He told me that I should stop yelling, or he would charge me $5. I ended up paying $3.50 plus tax, but left infuriated by the BS. The slice was OK. Left sitting out a bit too long. Didn't taste fresh.

My information was shared without my consent to marketing solicitors without my consent. The pizza was good, but using my phone number for money is just bad business. I was sent text messages in a group chat with close to 300 other numbers.

Bad service but decent prices. The cashiers do not care at all and will make you ask for everything then act annoyed. If they just did their job in the first place you wouldnt get people having to come back up for utensils and ect. It's not difficult get it together.

I made an online order at 8 pm .. call the 40 minutes I was told that the order was on the way, it passed 30 more .. the order was not delivered .. delivery arrived at 11:10 pm .. arrived incomplete And the roll was poorly made. Bad attention

SERVICE: probably the worst I've ever received in Miami and that's saying a lot. The waitress/cashier/server brought our food over and literally put the METAL SERVING TRAY on our table and walked away 0_o. We had to take our food off the tray, put the plates on the table, and then place the metal serving tray on the floor.

FOOD: got my daughter and I the Miso Ramen soup and meat and sliced boiled eggs were ice cold. Broth was pretty good but Luke warm (possibly because of the ice cold items that were added to a mildly hot broth). No UTENSILS were given to us and we had to wait in line just to request them. No beverages were offered at any point.

Definitely recommend NOT coming here. Honestly, very poor service and quality. The owner and staff should be disappointed in the presentation and lack professionalism that they apply to this establishment. To make matters worst, we were the only customers in the building for our entire stay... no excuses
