The basic services are poor, and the staff is unprepared and improvised. We asked to change rooms because the bathroom was unusable and the shower wasn't working. The new room was only barely acceptable, despite being damp and poorly lit. Only the location saves it.

Location is excellent. Cleanliness is normal but clean enough.
Service is acceptable. Only thing I just feel sorry is pressure of the shower is weak.

The hotel has central air conditioning, even in the bathroom. Not to mention that there was NO hot water so we had to take a shower in winter with cold water with the AC running in the bathroom.

Best place to stay on South Beach! Clean, quiet, spacious room. And nice garden to sit and relax! Towels and sun beds on the beach are provided !

Terrible - suggest you avoid. Better places, cleaner, with better facilities, on Ocean Drive and around South Beach for less - and probably more reasonable policies and people to deal with...

Amazing location in Miami Beach. Great quality price rate. The room is simple with everything you need except free water. The staff was nice and helpful. The room isn’t greatly sound proof.

Walked in for breakfast in a Sunday morning around 8:30 am. The patio was already full so we sat inside. Service was excellent and so was the coffee. I had the avocado toast and a side of scrambled eggs. Eggs were the best I’d had for breakfast my entire trip. The avocado toast was SO GOOD and I’d definitely order it again if I go back.

Pretty easily the best brunch location in South Beach. Saturday is busiest, with a wait time of up to 30 minutes, but there are parlour games while you wait and the food is worth it. Try the chicken satay omelet!! Beware, prices may be a bit higher than a standard breakfast on the strip, however.

Decent place to have breakfast. The service is fast and the line moves quickly. At the northern part of Ocean Drive, it's a good place to grab a bite before an art deco stroll.

While visiting Miami for the weekend, I tried this place and it was really great! The portions were big but the food was light so it didn't make me feel like I ate too much. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is friendly. I would definitely come back in the future!

Delicious breakfast foods served all day. I recommend the French toast - the orange zest gives it such a lovely flavor. I also suggest happy hour for half off drinks from 4-7pm. Our server was Stefan - he was so sweet & appropriately attentive. Will be back for sure.

Nicole Octavia or whatever her name is is the absolute worst. I came into the store and ordered a $7 salad, I asked her for a cup of water and she said she was out of complimentary cups. I advised her I really needed just a cup and I could drink it in front of her but she advised I would have to pay a full drink price for the cup of WATER. As a corporation, you are legally required to provide a source of WATER to a customer. She did not suggest one. She refused.
Of all the times I have purchased from subway, I have never dealt with someone as disgusting as her.
Her persona and presence just told me she didn't value or want this job.
