First- the vibe is everything. Loved it. Super chill, relaxing area in the front and in the back. That’s the whole reason I booked here. Price was great, great location, chill vibe that makes you happy. However, when checking in, it took more than 20 minutes for the check in process to be completed. The man said it was the internet running slowly. I booked from this site. When I got there, he said that the remaining total was $128. The $100 is for the reservation fee that will be held for up to 5 days. The $28 is for taxes, etc. He charged 1 card then told me that the internet “timed out” and I had to use my card again. I asked for a receipt- he said it would be emailed. Still have not received anything.
The pictures advertised can be deceiving. I thought the pool would be a little bigger, but it’s literally the size of a hot tub.
On to the elevator, I thought it was going to collapse and smelled terrible. Lol
The decor is great.
The room “suite”. Very dirty. Hair and dust was everywhere. Clothes tags were on top of the dresser; clearly not cleaned. We found flip flops under the bed. The pull out couch was broken and fell to the ground on the right side. So my son had to sleep on the floor. Found cockroaches after that. I brought 91% isopropyl alcohol spray bottle because I don’t trust cleanliness or bugs. No trash bags in the cans. (That’s ok, but I like to make sure that my dirty clothes are put in a trash bag. Should have brought my own). No wash cloths available. The paint was sloppy. Literally, there were brown paint splatters on the door and walls and I thought they were bugs initially until I inspected.
You only get about 10 tv channels in the room.
A/C was good and we were comfortable through the night.
Food was good (not great), but was very expensive for the appetizers we got.
Just overall disappointed.
