I would Not recommend this hotel for the price. It’s run down, not clean service was terrible. From

All the staff were friendly. They are committed and passionate. Thank you for their awesome service. It gave me and my wife a very good impression.
The cafe in the hotel never showed the price for the items. I was surprised that the sandwiches and coffee that I bought were very expensive.

Absolutely fantastic. Many thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff member Alex – thank you for your outstanding hospitality! The complete opposite of his colleague Kris, who checked me in the day before: I have rarely been treated so unkindly in a hotel. The facilities are fantastic, as are the restaurant and its team. Outstanding location in a very beautiful marina – many thanks again to Alex.

We arrived at night. If you have a long trip and are vegan, you're lost. The hotel doesn't offer any room service options, and when you order a delivery, they don't even notify you when it arrives. So I lost my order, even though I had informed reception. The restaurant is quite expensive for what it offers. During my stay, they never cleaned it, the toilet trap was faulty, and the door offers no privacy. When paying in the restaurant, there was a problem with paying in cash, and I had to wait an hour for change.

This business hotel is great for a business trip. The facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My reservation stated breakfast was included, but the front desk staff said it wasn't. They only offered a $20 sandwich and coffee from the cafe.

A deposit will be charged when checking in to the hotel. When checking out, due to some fee confirmation issues, the payment cannot be made on the spot. You can only contact the hotel via email for a refund afterwards, which is quite insecure for foreign tourists.

It's the third time we have stayed here. This time, it wasn't the same since they didn't have the bar by the pool, and the new restaurant is not the greatest

15th Street Fisheries is an excellent restaurant for a variety of reasons. The restaurant is divided into two areas: an upstair formal dining area and a more typical dinning experience on the ground level.
The ground level restaurant has a great assortment of seafood, meat and chicken while the formal dining area has a more upscale menu. One of the cool things about this restaurant is you can order from the formal dining room menu while seated downstairs.
The staff are very friendly, service was good and the food tasted great. The kids menu is extensive and varied.
I was there with my family and I noticed several other families dining as well. Quite a few children were present and my grandchildren made a few new friends.
I think the dessert menu could be a bit more varied but other than that this is a great place to eat in a relaxed atmosphere.

BAD experience...if you want ANY service, go somewhere else. Waited 60 minutes in waiting area...finally received a table...no one even came to our table at all! No asking about drink order, no anything for another 15 minutes! Finally stopped a "waitress", I use this term loosely as I am not sure on what they "wait" on?...and asked if we could make an order. She asked me who my server was...? Wow...no clue, my dear...just came here to waste my time. No clue if their food is any good, but their service is -30 Celsius in Fort Lauderdale. Save your patience and take the taxi to Shooters...at least they will greet you after one hour and a half! Never again!

This place is expensive but worth every pennym. The food is better than good plus you get a healthy serving. I had the crispy skin snapper in a curry coconut sauce with jasmine rice and it was phenomenally good. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The rest of the table ordered the mahi which looked so flaky, the 2lb lobster which didn't even require the drawn butter, and the fruit of the ocean which was fully devoured! The upstairs is quite lovely with beautiful views of the water and top of the line staff and food that really make your dining experience a 5 star experience.

After reading various reviews - I wasnt sure if the plates were as small as some people here say they were. Keep in mind me and my wife haven't ate all day prior to coming here for dinner. And we were so stuffed!!! - couldn't fit desert in..After just ordering a salad (me) and a appetizer (her), along with the main entree. I would definitely recommend this place, great food and high quality fast service.
