Transit system wonderful. Our floors turned our feet black. Three of us had no hot water to shower. We did not have towels and called to request and they never came. Our TV had nothing but static. The toilet wouldn’t flush correctly taking 2-4 attempts. There was exposed wire by the foliage surrounding the pool. . Things that were great- that there was a small shop to buy breakfast muffins. Loved the resident cat. Everyone wanted to pet. The tables were nice to sit out by the pool. The woman getting people on cruise line shuttles was incredible and needs a raise she was efficient and did a great job.

Ok to stay for one night. The Wi-fi barely worked, most of the time it didn’t. The phone in room was broken, toilet leaked water all over bathroom floor

The hotel location is very closed to Cruise pier and also supply free airport and cruise pier pick up and drop off.

Very convenient to airport & cruise port with shuttles each way!

For the price and waiting for a cruise it was okay. Add in taking a cab if you plan on shopping or going out for dinner. It was about $20 everytime we went some place.
It’s on a major highway so no walking anywhere.

The staff were great and very helpful with everything.
The rooms were a good size and clean enough. It’s a very busy place and it feels a little worn.

I would stay again if it was for a cruise and one night. There is a good restaurant next door.

Room smelled but nice and close to the cruise port offered free shuttle from hotel and to cruise port good enough for one night did the job no frills

Every thing was good, what I don't understand is why guess need to make a deposit with credit card...they should have the option to use credit card or cash.

BEWARE... BEWARE.. Beer was the only thing good.. Food royally sucked it was nasty... Ranch dressing was spoiled, three different cups, sirloin sliders was burnt black and tough to chew.. Only ate one... Left the rest.. The cook said they we're supposed to be that way... No way.. But whatever, didn't want to make him mad. He might spit in the rest of my food that wasn't out yet. Bartender lady was rude and assured me the ranch wasn't bad... But, I was up 2hrs later puking my guts out with a severe stomach ache.. Huh..? You can do the math.. Just sayin... BEWARE..!

Great food, Great prices, great staff. They have the Best Prime Rib in South Florida. The wings are also very good. Helen and Nicole in the mornings are very quick to serve you and get you anything you need. If you go in the evening Lisa or Brian will always make sure your taken care of with great service and in a timely manner. Don't forget to have a drink at the bar with a great bartender named Summer and catch up on some sports, news, or shows on the numerous big screens they have. The owners Joe and Sharon are amazing and have owned and operated the place for a long time. Hope you guys have as good of an experience as I did.
