The only vending machine was broken. No where to get a bottle of water. Water from faucet smelled really bad.

Clean, friendly hotel in a quiet location convenient to MIA Airport via city bus and convenient to Coral Way Trolley which provides free transportation to cruise ships.

The hotel alerts you to the absence of an elevator and the need to carry your luggage upstairs.

Everything was fine, the personnel was very attentive and helpful, and the hotel is well located, pretty and comfortable. My only problem was with the phone and WIFI coverage, which was very deficient.

This is our favorite place to stay in Coral Gables. A nice quiet hotel with helpful staff. Jorge was extremely accommodating with our early arrival.
The location is walkable to many stores and restaurants and is close to a free trolley stop.

Staff was friendly, check in and check out easy. Location is walkable to plenty of restaurants in Coral Gables. There is a target very close if you forgot any small items. Only complaint is the hotel is dated, especially the bathroom needs updating. Very small rooms which were fine for us, but might not be for others who like bigger spaces.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Check in was a snap. Be aware there is no elevator and stairs are narrow and steep. Also be aware parking is a block away.

Loved the quietness from inside and outside. The area felt very safe and so easy to walk around. Staff was very welcoming and helpful when needed. Clean everywhere. Charming place to stay, it felt homy. Would come back.
