It is very convenient to stay this hotel as the train, metro, Greyhound Flixbus, all around it, only 4minuts walking from Hotel to the above points, the restaurant has served very good meals, the breakfast is also good. We will stay at this hotel in the Future again.

I am doing a review for the catering service, I was invited to participate in a 2 day event in the 2nd floor meeting rooms (Days 6/16 & 6/17). Food and service were superb! First day, we had steak with mojo for lunch, it was tender and juicy. Second day, we had pork and chicken, for me chicken was the best. Both servers (young man and young lady) were delightful and attentive. Two of the attendees were vegan and chef prepared them a vegan plate (without them requesting it)- I thought it was very thoughtful and excellent customer service.

Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center is a lovely hotel with very friendly staff and a very warm ambience and being greeted everyday with a great smile and humble approach is a boon. Have briefly met a couple of times with whom I believe is the Manager, CLAUDIA a wonderful person herself very helpful and a pleasant lady, making sure guest are looked after well. Staff at reception, the restaurant bar, the club lounge and housekeeping are amazing too. They always go more and beyond to make one feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel has a health club and a lvely pool. I can very highly recommend your holiday or business trip more pleasurable if you chose to stay at Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel & Executive Meeting Center.

The front desk service staff have a poor work attitude, and no one answers the various service calls in the room, including the front desk, wake-up service, and room service. The phones are all unreachable, and guests need some conversion plugs or other assistance services that are not available.

First of I want to say hotel is like 4 minutes from the airport. My husband and I book a room June 1. And I have to say this my first time experiencing this. To everyone checking into hotels please check the bed and pillows first thing. Pull the blanket of the bed to check. They didn’t change sheets and pillows. When I pulled the blanket out to spray the bed it was dirty with hair and stained. The pillows had make. So that shows they clean the room.

First rate hotel with really nice dining facilities. Airport close. Rental car facility closer. Makes it convenient to get around Miami and return to a good home base while in town. Plus easy to return your rental car and get to the airport in record time. Nice for those early morning flights too. A new soccer stadium is being constructed now behind it too if you like being close to events.

This has been one of my favorite Sheraton's, we stayed overnight next to the airport for an early flight. To get on the elevator you needed a key so I felt safe just from that alone. We had access to the club lounge, which was great. Easy access to the airport.
