Nice hotel. Great location to walk to some things or public transportation. Less than a 10 minutes walk to Metromover and Metrorail station. There is a Publix and a Walgreens 10 minutes walk. We were also able to walk to get food easily. It is about a 15 -20 min walk to a very cool busy area called Mary Brickell Village. The hotel itself is nice. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. Lastly they do have good security. The main doors only open with room key and the elevator will only move floors with a room key so that is nice.

Getting our room was a real struggle. Other local guests who arrived after us got their key cards right away, but we had to keep asking the two women at the front desk – one Black, one White, like a pair of 'black and white fiends' – why we still hadn't received ours. Their arrogance was palpable. Thankfully, the two staff who came on shift later that evening were much better and even greeted us proactively.

As for the room itself, it's no exaggeration to say the bathroom's glass door was literally falling apart.

Big thanks to Trip.com's complaint supervisor, employee ID 715572, who patiently helped us communicate and coordinate. Your hard work is much appreciated! 👍

The room had a great view. The hotel's location was also good, and the cleanliness was acceptable. Plus, there's free 24-hour coffee in the lobby.

The hygiene and facilities were great. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of transportation to tourist attractions, but taxis weren't too expensive.

The room isn't very big, and it's only cleaned every other day. The bedding isn't great, the air conditioning is noisy, and the soundproofing is poor. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city center.

The hotel was fantastic! The bedding was super comfortable, and there was an open field in front where you could see the sunrise. The breakfast was standard but good, with homemade pancakes, scrambled eggs with sausage, and rich orange juice.

The hotel is quite new, and the overall service is good, with a rich breakfast spread. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, but supermarkets and various restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. The subway and bus stops are also accessible within a 10-minute walk. Overall, it's pretty good.

Great stay, great service. Breakfast is quite decent too abd included as part of the room price. If they included a kettle on the room then that would have been great. Communication with the housekeeper is difficult though as they dont really speak English.

One week ago I ordered a platter for takeout that was missing an item when I got home. I called and was told to claim it next time I go. Today (one week later) I went for takeout and they said they had no record of it and would do nothing. I guess having a satisfied customer is not important to them... so from now on I'll just go to Maroosh instead!

Not too expensive, lots of options on the menu. Great food. Takes a little while to get your food but it's worth it.

I had a great experience in this restaurant, not only the food was amazing, i was hosting a baby shower for my best friend and the decorate and organize everything for me!! Highly recommended!

I ordered vegetable lo mein and there were literally 3 matchstick carrots in it. I specifically asked for extra vegetables to be added but clearly that didn't help. The noodles tasted good though.

Horrible. Ordered General Tso's, it was dry, over cooked, and almost no sauce, so that made it extra dry. I'm only posting this because their prices are higher than comparable restaurants, so I assumed quality would be slightly better. Horrible. Who screws up General Tso's?

FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. SERVICE IS SUB-STANDARD. THESE GUYS WILL HAVE TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER IF THEY WANT TO MAKE THEIR PLACE AA ACCEPTABLE ONE.

UNFORTUNATELY, THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE. TOO MANY GUESTS SEEM TO BE HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE RESTAURANT.

I AM 76 YEARS OLD, AND I HAD MY FIRST CHINESE DINNER IN STUTTGART, GERMANY, BACK IN 1957. CHINESE FOOD IS ONE OF MY PREFERRED CUISINES - THUS I GUESS I AM QUALIFIED TO RATE CHINESE RESTAURANTS. "CHINOIS CHINOIS" HAS DEFINITELY BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE
