Reviews
Can we give less than one star? For the love of God, don't come here. Just don't.
If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. When we arrived the front desk staff was very courteous and we asked to preview the room prior to checking on. She gave us the room key and when you walked in, the room smelled of mildew and smoke. The bathtub was black, the couch had holes in it, the carpet was stained really bad, and there were holes in the walls. I honestly think the majority of the people who are there, live there and they are not on a 1-2 day stay. This hotel had the audacity to do a $50 deposit in case anything is damaged!!!! They should be giving you money if you can last longer than 5 minutes in the room without throwing up. Please, do yourself a favor and bypass this hotel.
Can I choose 0 Stars??? I could give a list of reasons why if need be. Just to mention a few: I did not feel safe, even in the parking lot, with my children. The lobby smelled of skunk; which after discussing with my partner I realized was most likely skunk weed. I was told I had to go into a dark corner where another guest was lurking near the atm in order to supply a ‘cash’ deposit. There were empty boxes of diapers, trash bags, and people clearly doing drugs all in the front lobby entrance. The front desk girl was as kind and sweet as could be, but the surroundings and uncleanliness could not be overlooked. We could have stayed another day in Disney World for less than we paid to book another available hotel nearby. Pictures are NOT what you’ll see!
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. We left 10 minutes after we walked in didn’t unpack or anything. We found two roaches, the ceiling has black mold the smell was so bad we continued to feel nauseous 30 minutes after being in the room for only ten minutes. The bathroom mirror was broken the bath tub was gross and water dripping, the carpet against the wall was falling apart the wall paper was coming off in big strips, opened a dresser drawer and the bottom was completely broken off in chunks. There was also a splatter on the wall which looked like dried blood behind the bed. Overall dirty and falling apart should be taken out of business. When we told this to the lady at the front she wasn’t surprised at all. I would rate it -10 if I could. DO NOT GO HERE.
Pretty standard lower-budget hotel fare. Rooms were clean, though beds and bedding were thin. There were people smoking in the lobby when we got there, but otherwise, it was good for a 1 night stay.
Do NOT give these people your money. The hotel, some of the people working and staying there, and the area of this hotel is SHADY. On the way up to my room I was greeted in the lobby hallway of a dirty toilet water smell. The elevator smells like pot and as if something has died in there. Upon entering my room, I noticed a musty smell like onions. I put my things down and walk around the room and what do you know? It's DIRTY. There were small black hairs stuck to the covers/sheets. Cigarette holes in the covers. A wet spot in front of the refrigerator that turned the towel I put over it brown. My shower floor was full of black dirt like someone stepped in there with dirty feet while it was wet. The light in the bathroom did not work. And to mention the lights in the room, they are DIMLY lit.. I had to use my flashlight most of the time. I moved the pillows off the bed and there was a DEAD BED BUG underneath the pillow. I proceeded to take the sheets off of the bed and there were blood stains all underneath. I asked a front desk associate if I could speak to a manager and there was none to be found.. I was told they would be notified and the manager would call me the next day before 3pm and I did not receive a phone call. I called them and after being on hold for 10 min I called back and was told that there was not a manager around that I could speak to. Also you have to wash your own towels/rags.. but I wouldn't even use there's if you paid me to! This place is horrible do not stay here! Dangerous area and shady people walking around at all times of the night. No telling what they are doing!
The people at the front desk were really nice. You get what you pay for--
The area is not the greatest. The hotel room itself wasn't dirty, but just really run down - dimly lit, even when we took all the shades off the lamps to get light. But the room had a disgusting odor to it! The room cost under $100/night- and that's exactly what you get. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor would I stay here again.

If it was possible I would give this hotel a zero star rating. This is because it was the dirtiest, grosses, uninhabitable, place ever. I would Never recommend it to ANYONE. This is serious. The place is dangerous, the neighborhood doesn’t seem like a safe zone. The bed cover were dirty, as well as the floors and bathrooms. There were hairs everywhere from other people. There was a terrible smell everywhere. There were cockroaches everyone including the beds. If you come to Orlando you can find better hotels at better prices. Don’t bring you’re KIDS here they can easily get sick. There was trash behind the furniture and in the “closet”.
When we were going to check out there were THREE other families complaining. One of them, their rooms electricity was not working and their bathroom was clogged. The manager gave the a light bulb and something to fix the toilet themselves!!!

It's actually more like -5 stars. The elevators sounded like they were about to stop. The pictures on line are extremely deceiving. I stayed on the 5 floor and the smell was disgusting and could hardly breathe. The hallway on the 2 and 3 floor when the elevators stopped looked run down and had mold on the ceiling. Parking lot was full of people just walking around and acting sketchy. Besides the little drug baggies all over the place. Do yourself a favor and spend the little extra and avoid this hell hole altogether
The staff is very nice. She let me check the room out before I checked in. I believe that they are doing renovations. The lobby is looking nice so far. When they finish upgrading, it's going to be a nice hotel. They should clean the parking lot twice a day.
