AKA Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks. Right off the bat after checking in, in front of the reception a gentleman called me that they have a “Gift” for me and very pushy for me to comit to them that I was just being polite to them that I am not interested as I already have plans. Every time I walk past them, these guys keep calling me and pressuring me to get that so called “gift”. I got uncomfortable to a point to leave/enter the North entrance just to avoid them. Secondly, the evening bartender served me an almost half a glass of foam of beer then said that was free then later on as I checked my bill that my beer was charged and automatic gratuity was included. I do not want free items, I am here to purchase items that I will consume, I will give tips but do not lie to my face by not showing me the itemized list and just the signature slip. Lastly when we were about to leave the hotel, my apologies that my daughter enjoyed too much in the indoor kids zone that she was crying loudly in the lobby and we need to leave for our flight and my daughter refused to leave then a middle aged man (not a gentleman) the employee in the coffee shop (Lavazza) sarcastically approached my wife and told her that my daughter was causing disturbance in the hotel, seeing no one from the hotel was complaining and were understanding. For crying out loud its a child being a child having tantrums disregarding/unaware that there are children with special needs. This Holiday Inn tenants are just notoriously bad leaving bad experience to their guest. I am an IHG member being. In the light side, the reception, housekeeping and the breakfast buffet staff were excellent (except the bartender mentioned), room was clean and complete. I thanked duty manager Gabby and her colleagues Ginnette and Carla for listening to meand made it right. I may come again in the future just because the efforts of Gabby but the bad experience will definitely be a big factor to consider next time. Now I kept asking myself if we got racially profiled. Once again I am not asking for compensation. I do respect and appreciate hardworking/honest people.

Great location for visiting Disney.
Hotel rooms where very clean. Lobby bar was well stocked and staff were lovely particularly Sidika who was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend to families who want to stay close to fast food services and the parks

Christina was very happy and bubbly and welcoming. Greater us the moment we walked in the door. She wa she re patient with us. Explained the drinks to us and happy hour. It’s been a long time since I had a bar tender service like Christina game. And we are here from Cleveland Ohio on vacation. Thank you Christina for your awesome service. Her energy is amazing.

The room had full beds, too small for two adults. There was no bench, sofa, or anything to place suitcases.
The service was excellent, the breakfast wonderful, the pool spectacular, everything clean, and the hotel's location very central, close to all the entertainment venues.
Viviana's service at breakfast was very professional and courteous.
I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The hotel itself is very nice and conveniently located, but what truly stood out was the incredible service from the bartender, Sidika . She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The drinks were excellent, but it was the warm, professional customer service that made the experience unforgettable. Truly one of the best bartenders I’ve had!

I give five stars based on the service. The guys at the front were very fast and its 24 hour check in service. I didn't have a microwave in my room, so the staff immediately ordered one for me so I could heat up food for the baby. I really appreciate it. The price was cheap and the rooms and beds were ok. I think what wins is this place. It's right out of the gate and very affordable compared to the resorts at DisneyWorld. So if you're on a budget, this isn't a bad place to stay. Just don't expect luxury when you're there for the price and location. The service really hit the mark though.
