When I arrived, the room was not clean, Also, there is only one glass in inside the shower leaving the floor wet. I was pissed!! In order to take a nice shower I had to basically lean against the wall. Guys I will never return. My son enjoyed the pool. I will pay extra to stay at a better hotel on our next trip.

Honestly, if it weren’t for the fact that every hotel in the area was full due to multiple conventions in town I would’ve left as soon as I got here. This is basically a Motel 6 rebranded.
I was “lucky” enough to get a room facing the highway. That’s all I hear morning and night. I asked to switch rooms, they told me “call back later, we will see.”
I haven’t had toilet paper since I arrived. I’ve called twice to have it brought up. Both times the response is “you can come to the front desk”… the front desk is an honest quarter mile walk from my room. I asked for coffee pods for the in room coffee. Same response “come to the front or wait 3 HOURS until housekeeping comes in”
930 am is when housekeeping arrives. If you need anything in room before then. Plan to get up, get dressed, and walk.
The rooms are ugly, old, and begging for decor. Would a dollar-store painting and fake potted plant kill the budget? It’s so dreary here. Don’t come. Unless you don’t plan on being here at all.

Room was clean and front desk staff was very helpful. Probably won't stay here again tho.
They do charge a daily resort fee here which I don't agree with since the amenities aren't that great. Check before you book here there are several other hotels very close that don't charge a daily resort fee such as Rosen Hotels and Day's Inn that are comparable in price and just as nice.
Update: I just checked out on 6/22/25 after staying 3 days never once saw anyone from housekeeping to empty the trash or provide clean towels.

I wanted to share my experience at Avanti International Resort. When I arrived on June 6 at around 10:40 PM, I was greeted by a pleasant aroma in the lobby, which was clean and well-organized. This made a great first impression. However, I did notice that there was only one front desk assistant available, resulting in a bit of a line for check-in.
After checking in, we drove to Building 3 to find our room. While parking, I noticed a cleaning cart belonging to housekeeping, and the staff were taking a smoke break outside. This was not a positive impression; while I understand that people smoke, there is certainly a time and place for it—definitely not in front of guests arriving at the resort.
Once we entered the room, I encountered several issues. The door did not lock properly; it appeared to have been broken into before. The bathroom curtain was stained, the bathtub had mildew, and the shower faucets were detached from the wall. There was a strong smell of marijuana, with people smoking in corners near the elevator. Police were also parked around the building to manage some activities.
While watching television, I couldn't help but notice a series of “GUEST SAFETY TIPS” commercials that strongly urge guests to remain vigilant. They recommend reporting any suspicious activity, ensuring that doors are securely locked, and being cautious about ordering pizza from flyers slipped under doors. If someone knocks on your door claiming to be a worker, you're encouraged to contact the front desk to verify who is being sent to your room and for what purpose. It’s concerning to realize that such precautions seem to be a standard part of the resort experience.In conclusion, this resort is anything but family-friendly. I would never recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming environment. The images showcased online painted a picture of a clean, inviting resort with a scenic view, but the reality I experienced was far from that. I will not be returning.

I absolutely felt loved the stay at Avanti. Front desk, especially Joycelin, were incredibly kind. We had a pool right under our window, whereas pool had dj, game room, dining room with good food, medicine (advil) and even toys for the kids.
I felt secured here, since the place has security guards in the evening. All the attractions - walking distance from the hotel (less than 10 min walking.) Sea world and other Orlando attractions 10 min driving. Rooms, after requesting to clean them, were clean and spacious. We ended up extending our stay 3 times (that's not a joke), and didn't go to Miami since we loved the stay here so much and chose Avanti over any other place in Florida. Overall - this is a family friendly, absolutely affordable, greatly located resort/hotel. I'm definitely bringing the rest of the family here. Would recommend this place to a friend! And absolutely sincerely give this place a 10/5 review. I'm glad to find this gem❤ 💎

The resort hotel also has a swimming pool, the rooms and beds are relatively comfortable, and it is not too far from the surrounding theme parks. The hotel service staff is relatively enthusiastic and cost-effective.

The jacuzzi was great. It was nice that there was a shuttle to Universal.

This place is awesome. Love coming here for seafood, but they have options for everybody. Delicious pot roast and short ribs. I recommend asking for Carl, great server and very attentive. It's totally worth the money for the Lobster and crab legs alone - they're unlimited.

Restaurants looking good. Services great. Foods salty, it's just like I eating salt not foods. Not sure if it too busy and they don't want people to eat to much. Not sure if I want to go back.

We had an amazing experience with Dale Cable at your Orlando Florida restaurant on International Drive and he truly needs to be recognized for his service to your first time customers. Dale went above and beyond to make our experience more than pleasant and exceeded all of our expectations in customer service! Not to mention amazing food! We are forever grateful for what he did for us and his treatment of us, and we would just like to see Dale receive the credit he deserves for being the outstanding, one of a kind leader who truly is dedicated to his craft! The only one negative experience was with the lady that comes around that offers you a free photo. She takes between 2 to 3 pictures. When she develops the pictures and returns she will try to sell you the bigger framed ones for $15.00. Just ask for the free photo as promised.

This place was absolutely fantastic. The staff was amazing, the food was always hot even though it's an all-you-can-eat, buffet style restaurant. It was also clean and comfortable. Of course, the best thing is the freshly steamed lobster, but they also serve clams, oysters, crab salad, and they even have a salad bar. I loved it here.

Drag brunch was amazing. The drinks were flowing and the food was great. Show was phenomenal. The manager, Tracy made sure we had an amazing time. I will definitely be back with my friends.

It was hard finding a place to accommodate a party of 25, especially on short notice. The atmosphere was so much fun and our server made it even better. Vanessa was amazing and made sure we all were having a good time and a drink in our hands. This is a really good place for celebrations.

Went out with the boys for some fun on I Drive. The bar didn't have any open seats so we got a table. Shelby was our server and she was Awesome! Cool atmosphere, cold beers, hot server. I call that a win! Definitely going back!

Vanessa really was an excellent server and host for all of us! We came from Denver on a business trip and not only was Señor Frog a cool experience but the service was super fun and cool! I really appreciated her knowledge on the menu as well her charm and fluidity of the serving process. When we come back in May we will definitely ask for her again. Thanks Vanessa and cheers!

We went there few days ago with our friends. Food is great and drinks even better. Our bartender Felipe was spot on. We had A blast with him. In my opinion the service at the bar is always better as it was very quick and never had to ask for something twice ?. Definitely knows what he is doing. Atmosphere is exactly what we were looking for. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for fun night out ☺️

Excellent food and attentive staff. The manager came to our table to offer a sample of lobster bisque. When we declined (I'm a vegetarian and my husband doesn't like seafood), he brought us artichoke hearts, my favorite. We started with the mozzarella, had salad and fantastic bread rolls. My husband had prime rib while i had butternut squash ravioli. We shared the mashed potatoes. And they bring out a display for the desserts, the amaretto cake and key lime pie are my favorites. It is pricey but one of my favorite indulgences!

Good steaks. Zero beer selection. Rubber glove in salad. I wish I was making this up. They have a sears wishbook size wine menu but only 2 drafts and a few can/bottles of beer. I ordered one of the local brewers knowing they might be out so I requested another as a backup. Turns out they had neither. The waiter brought a shot of one of the draft selections, which was lovely. I ordered the offering and had another as we ate. Someone in our party then found a whole white rubber glove in the bottom of her salad. Much apologies later, we were presented with our steaks (yes we stayed). The steaks themselves were awesome. I ordered another draft and this one looked/smelled/tasted different. The waiter reacted with surprise but then explained they ran out of the other in the same sentence. ??? I have eaten here a few times but this time was just strange. I would expect this from a chain sit down restaurant but a place with $$$ aged steaks? Cmon man. At least they comped the glove salad.

The waitress was lazy. She didn't want to split the check. She handed our check to the birthday person, which was rude and inconsiderate. They upcharged several items and falsely represented the way items were presented. I've had better experiences and better food for less at Capital Grille and Moxie Kitchen and Cocktails. The wait staff was mildly apologetic, but made us feel like an inconvenience. I will never step foot in this establishment again.

On vacation from upstate NY, my family and I had a great experience at this restaurant. Our server was wonderful, the manager sent out multiple complimentary items to enjoy, and the food was delicious. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the lobster bisque is a good starter. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the fabulous end to our trip!

Amazing sea food and steak, love their appetizers. Shrimp sampler, calamari crab cake, lobster tail to kale, all very good. Steak is very very good. Our waiter is very experienced. Overall, very satisfied experience
