Hampton Inn Orlando-International Airport in Orlando

First of all let me say I have been to this restaurant numerous times . And despite the fact that the food is 99% of the time fantastic , however due to the most recent two times I have been there the service is absolutely horrible .

Let me say that the folks that are hired at this establishment as servers do not have a clue how to provide good service . We waited for a long time for drink refills and the server never asked how the food was or if we need anything additional . Sometimes even acted as if we were they are bothering them . The owner is normally at this restaurant however his service skills and communication are just as bad as the folks he hires . If you want good sushi order and take out from this place I can give them a four star rating for their sushi quality and freshness of the fish . But again if you want to have a nice dinner out with a girlfriend or spouse and be treated like a guest and get good service this is definitely not the place to go . I would think with all the hotels in the area the manager would not only market to those hotels to bring in gas to his restaurant he would also hire folks that know how to give good service . I am at a loss how they are still in business with the service of my last two visits convincing me that I need not go there anymore . I hope things turn around for this establishment as the food is good !!!

Worst experience ever and our first one! Won't ever return. Service was horrible, never received silverware, never got refills, server was MIA and didn't have a good attitude. They say she was overwhelmed with too many tables bit we saw her taking pictures with a group of guys. Asked for all wings to be extra crispy and they came out barely done. When we told her she took the wings and they just threw them back in the fryer and gave them back. Most disgusting taste ever!!! Drove 30 minutes for nasty food and poor service. Manager tried to apologize and I say apologize because all he did was make excuses. He then gives us cards to "come" back but they are all buy something get something free...really!! Left very disappointed and won't EVER go back to this one. Kirkman Road Hooters is the best!!!

So. Bad. Wings had no sauce, and even though I've had the same wings at every other hooters for YEARS, the manager argued with me and said every other store was doing it wrong. Our food took forever, was mostly cold, and overall awful experience. I love hooters and may not ever go back after going to this particular location.

Went to the one on Semoran near the airport. Lousy service ordered the all you can eat appetizers they bring you a couple of them fairly quickly and then after that they let 10 to 20 minutes elapsed in between each one of course they've studied the tendency of people that after they've eaten a certain amount and sit they don't want to eat anymore. It's a lousy place to eat and I'll never go there again. Sonnys or Rock and Brews is way better. Even Checkers is better.
