The room is very big If you want to go shopping, you have to drive for 10 minutes.

I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.

Mediocre at best. It's quite rundown and not cheap either. They do offer a shuttle, but you have to book it a day in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The only good thing is its proximity to Universal Studios. However, it's a 20-minute drive to Disney, so you'll need to plan accordingly.

Amazing service, great amenities and super location. They do charge a ton for parking though so check rates if you bring a car!

Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. No big complaints. We were in the tower on the left this time. Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)

The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios. I regretted coming alone, and I’ve already decided to come back next time with my family

This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!

We stayed 4 nights this past week and we loved the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and more spacious than we expected (deluxe 2 queen/comes with pull out couch). The resort hotel also has a swimming pool, the rooms and beds are relatively comfortable, and it is not too far from the surrounding theme parks. The hotel service staff is relatively enthusiastic and cost-effective.

Service was excellent. We called for various requests to our room during our 8 night stay and they didnt hesitate to accommodate our requests. They also have a lot of cool anemities like a starbucks on the main floor, arcade, bar to relax in and a little shop for your necessities. I had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed in the jr suite. And the blanket was so skimpy, I ask for another. Also, the pool was not heated at all the night of the 24th. Completely unable to use.

Sadly they listed a shuttle service for the parks but it was not through their hotel but an outside service you have to sign up for two days in advance and their return trips were only offered at 3:45 pm and 6:45 pm, hours before the parks actually close.

I randomly picked this hotel among many in the resort area. The front desk upgraded me to a suite, which was nice. Overall, it was a pretty standard, older American chain hotel – nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. It's about a 10-20 RMB taxi ride from the main resort area, and overnight parking outside costs 10 RMB. Just a heads-up: they don't provide slippers!

Perfect stay! We’ve been a few times and yesterday sealed the deal that I needed to leave a review. We called ahead and they were so kind and able to accommodate us with a very early 10am check in.
