We always travel level experience
Room was basic
Water was barely warm sent technician 2 times and no change so gave up in the end
Breakfast was included with filter coffee and one glass of juice so had to go up to the level yourself to be able to get a good coffee from the same machine that was downstairs of which you would be charged for ??!!!! Service was so so
Room wasn’t very clean didn’t replace facecloths after the first day
But did include free parking and happy hour at 4-5 was fabulous and bar service was great
All in all was ok but level wasn’t worth the extra money in my opinion

The room selected for my family's stay was a handicap room. One of the showers continually leaked, the door to the handicap bathroom is in need of repair. All of these were reported to the staff on checkout. Other than those things the hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. I've booked here previously and would book again in the future.

Room was like the photos, good space, large bathroom, soft and thicker than mortal bathroom towels which was a nice surprise. Pool and back are were SO cute. Comfy bed and pillows.

Rooms in bad conditions. Faucet broken, sofas where not clean, no dishwasher soap, broken towel hangers. Did not meet expectations.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Explained the hotel and its amenities and wished us a happy stay. Spacious suite, wish we were staying longer!

The rooms was spacious. Furniture seemed a bit worn and hallways had an odor from the carpet but overall a nice stay.

Rooms were not taken care of, very old and worn out, pool amenities were not clean, way too ghetto for families with little children, service was not elite compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in recently, not impressed, don’t recommend

The amenities for this hotel are great. The pool was great and the sun beds were dotted around.
The rooms are such a disappointment after entering a bright airy lobby. The furniture is old and the rooms generally feel dirty and need some attention.
Our floor was filthy. I used a towel to mop up some water I spilt and it was so dirty we asked them to come in to wash the floors.

Dirty -Hair on shower walls, air filter full of dirt, Floors filthy.
Not maintained - Bathroom sink plugged, Shower handle falling off the fixture, woodwork and furniture in very poor shape.

First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

This place will ruin steak for you. Once you eat a Charleys steak none will ever taste as good. They are pricey but so worth it. Everything else is reasonably priced. Just a tip, the sides are designed to be shared so order a few for the table and not a few individual. The service is exceptional as well. Worth every penny and always a must visit when we are in Orlando.

Just ate there last night. Food was delicious. Our waiter, Brendan was very professional, personable and attentive. He explained the entrees in detail and gave some very good suggestions. Prices are somewhat high and the menu is a bit “a la carte” but we enjoyed the experience and would go again when we’re in the area.

Very disappointing experience tonight despite having had great experiences in the past. Server was cranky and inattentive. Took 22 minutes to get a drink. Other tables were checked in on by management but ours was forgotten. As regulars, we felt ignored. Food served on very small plates so hard to cut the steak - said they were out of regular plates.. One if our party ordered the crab steak special and got something different - no apologies.

Chicago took care of the event. steaks don't need anything to explain perfection. You like steak go there and eat. Open oak pit BBQ forget it. Place is great. Nice wine list too. Robert Hall 2013 outta Pass Robles great meal, great cooks great staff

From the moment we walked into the restaurant, everything was wonderful! The food was amazing. We celebrated our ten year Anniversary there. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. The manager stopped by to check on us and they decorated our dessert so beautifully. We highly recommend this restaurant. ❤️❤️❤️
