We got put in the melia due to an error at the hotel we were supposed to stay at cancelling our booking when we were supposed to arrive. What an absolute blessing in disguise. The wonderful front desk agent was so pleasant to deal with, could tell we were having a bad night due to the other hotels error and even upgraded our room for us! The rooms were clean, every staff member we spoke to were cheerful and the Wilson’s food was great. Our five year old had his birthday while we were there and the waitress overheard us and got the waitstaff to sign a card and bring a cake for him at breakfast.
10/10 would stay here again any chance we get.

The staff was excellent.

There’s no coffee shop or quick service market or anything in the hotel. There are vending machines on the floors with no healthy options. I had an adjoining room that created a lot of noise through the wall. The fitness room is a joke. No microwaves in the rooms, not walkable to any coffee shops.

Pleasant and accommodating reception

14.01.2026 Linda

The room was spotless, and comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool area was amazing. The restaurant was great.
I could not complain about one thing. I would definitely go back.

Room lights didn’t work even after notifying staff check in process was long even though I did it online. Would be nice if they had more than one pm shift worker.

Wonderful location near Disney springs and friendly staff. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Would stay again.

We always travel level experience
Room was basic
Water was barely warm sent technician 2 times and no change so gave up in the end
Breakfast was included with filter coffee and one glass of juice so had to go up to the level yourself to be able to get a good coffee from the same machine that was downstairs of which you would be charged for ??!!!! Service was so so
Room wasn’t very clean didn’t replace facecloths after the first day
But did include free parking and happy hour at 4-5 was fabulous and bar service was great

All in all was ok but level wasn’t worth the extra money in my opinion

Rooms were not taken care of, very old and worn out, pool amenities were not clean, way too ghetto for families with little children, service was not elite compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in recently, not impressed, don’t recommend

31.03.2025 Alison

The amenities for this hotel are great. The pool was great and the sun beds were dotted around.

The rooms are such a disappointment after entering a bright airy lobby. The furniture is old and the rooms generally feel dirty and need some attention.

Our floor was filthy. I used a towel to mop up some water I spilt and it was so dirty we asked them to come in to wash the floors.

We were only staying for one night - if it was longer I would have asked to move rooms or hotels.
