Trump National Doral Miami in Miami

It’s quite a nice hotel, we celebrated NYE there and are quite happy.

Absolutely amazing experience at Trump National Doral! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I requested to switch rooms because the elevator wasn’t working — not only did they take care of it right away, but they also upgraded me and made sure the new room matched all my preferences.

The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and everything was clean, elegant, and well-organized. Truly five-star treatment all the way. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great hotel! Impeccable service and rooms. Had a balcony with a great view of the golf course, sunset, sunrise. I have to say that besides the rooms, the customer service from every employee I interacted with was 5 star! Also the hotel is close to everything in Miami, great for walking, jogging. The prices are high, but you get what you pay for! ¯\(ツ)/¯

Good for golf

The room is large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are from Spanish Nature Biss. I booked the first night on Ctrip and the official website. The second night is a package with breakfast and golf. When I checked in, I made two different orders together for two nights, so there is no need to change. After I booked the room, the front desk said that all I had to do was re-swipe the key the next day. However, at noon the next day, I received a text message from my bank that deducted more than 400 US dollars from me. I asked Ctrip to pre-authorize and asked the hotel. They said they thought I wanted to extend my stay and deducted my room for one night. The fee was cheaper than the first night booked by Ctrip. I went to the front desk to explain the situation and asked them to refund me. They said that the pre-authorization had been cancelled. When I checked out after staying for two nights, I asked the hotel if I had refunded. They said that I had already refunded and returned to China after half a month. I called the bank and the pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Ctrip to call the hotel and ask the hotel. The hotel said it would be processed when I checked out, but the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what happened!

The room is elegant and the bedding is of excellent quality and very comfortable.
