I was most appreciative of the fact that I arrived after check in hours had ended but a key was left for me to get into my room and do the check-in process the next morning. The staff members were all very much consistently warm, friendly and welcoming.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice sauna. Well unkept, clean and modern.
Simple but satisfactory breakfast.
Love the place, just wished the airco was more powerful.

Central AC broken
Facilities are really nice. Staff is really polite and provided great service. The air conditioning was broken unfortunately. They did put individual unit units in each room, but was still rather warm.

Charming in its on very unique kind of way. We loved it. Staff were incredible, friendly and fun. It almost felt like we were staying with friends. Location was ideal and everything was extremely accessible.

Thank you for creating a hotel that felt like community. How can we not come back?!

There is usually a long line but the staff is very good. They put up with a lot of rude people at this location but they react very professionally. They could use a bit more staff for the night shift but overall they do a good job.

This place overcharged me, and still didn't give me half of my order. The english muffin was old, and the girl at the window didn't speak to me, she just looked at me when I said good morning? I'm not going back.

Update:(11/20):Improvement is obvious, but still not there.

Update:(7/01): this place is loosing its customer service and standards. Look at the picture of how my food was given to me. :(
Not to mention, ALL tables were distinguishly DIRTY at 11pm

A month prior: Placed order at 11:36pm....received at 11:56pm...needed extra hands, only one person in kitchen....god bless him, I left with about 10 others orders waiting and a line of customers waiting to pay. He DESERVES recognition!

It was Ok....the place is too crowded, parking space very limited.....but staff were fast and efficient. I think the location is good in part for the business to have customers coming in, but as a customer, I would like a more peaceful environment while eating....too many homeless people occupying the seats....nothing against...but kind of uncomfortable.
